I dropped off some clothes that needed to be ready by Thursday. When I went to pick them up, I was told they wouldn't be ready until Friday after 5 PM. I was leaving town Friday morning. I went to their website, to the contact us tab, and explained my problem. Within an hour, the owner was trying to.contact me. He had to try several times before he got in touch with me. He personally delivered the clothes to the store less than. 2 hours after my initial contact with him. He was very helpful and seemed like a genuinely nice guy. And he has my respect and my business from now on. That is how you run a business and I couldn't be more thankful.

MasterCleaners on Grelot Rd at Hillcrest has provided poor customer service and had not been diligent in locating and returning my missing items.

I dropped off my very expensive King sized blanket two months ago and I've been fighting to get it back ever since because they have lost it! They have not communicated with me except for when I call and I get the response, "we have to call the manager". Then I'm told the owner is refusing to answer the employees calls about it. I'm sick to my stomach. They have avoided me at all cost. Did I mention I've already paid for my blanket, just to return home with THE WRONG ONE! Had to return that the same day, but didn't receive my money back because I was "promised" the right one the next day. Nope. Still weeks later, and NOTHING! I've also made the thirty minute drive there countless times! This is the most unprofessional, CROOKED business I have EVER dealt with! You better hope you never have any issue with them because they are very dishonest people and will screw you over to save their butts in a HEARTBEAT!

Have been a customer for several years at Grelot branch, always satisfied, service, always prompt and friendly, any problems have always been resolved without hesitation. I highly recommend master cleaners.

I took two dresses and a blouse to be cleaned. When I picked them up, one of the dresses was missing a decorative bead from the neckline. I found it stuck to the back of the dress. The blouse had a large pull on the back.
When I asked what could be done about the damage, the employee replied that I had signed a form when I dropped the clothes off. (This apparently releases them from any fault if they damage your clothes.)
I will never take anything to this store again.

Not only did they enter all of my information wrong but the service was rude and after charging me 20$ and making me wait 2 days not a single piece of Clothing was still filthy if I could give a lower rating than 1 star I would thank you for effectively screwing up my vacation with my husband
