All they want is a diagnostic fee which is over priced anyway. I tell him wants wrong with my car and I need quote. Then he goes to the diagnostic is going to be 150 I already told you wants wrong with. I'll just go to tire engineers further down the road there more reasonable on price anyway, hate the new hires wish Jared was still there and old management.

The staff there were very nice and helpful. The tires i needed were not in stock but they had no problem ordering them and picking them up for me with no additional charge all in the same day. I was in & out in no time. There was no appointment needed and no hidden fees.

Not good. Last time I came in to get a simple oil change I was told the internet was down and they couldn’t do anything at all. The most recent visit I was told 45 mins and it was over an hour and half. Not really upset with the time as much as what I seen while waiting in the parking lot. One man walking around the car bays from one car to another then to a tool box. Just walking around. I watched for over 15 mins. Then 2 more men coming back from what I’m guessing was lunch and the one that was just walking around leaves. I was so discussed by then and it was past an hour wait so I left. Then I waited about 30 mins and called. They said my truck was just pulling off the rack. I’ve been coming to meineke since it opened and it was great service back then. Not so now. I will relocate for my future oil and services.

KELLY AND THESE CAR CLOWNS KEPT MY CAR ALMOST 2 DAYS TO PUT A SMALL PART ON MY CAR AND THEN IT DIDN'T WORK! THEY REFUSED TO RENDER THE SITUATION .
