“I have been a fan of Jos A Banks for years and I felt compelled to leave a raving review for this store. Just walk through the doors tell them what you need what your trying to spend and they will take car of you. No ask is too big or too small. I don't go there because they are the cheapest. I go there because the people and the products. The products they carry are great and priced extremely well and always have sale to work with more budget minded people like myself. What I buy always matches in quality what I pay and often exceeds. The staff has been incredible every single time I have walked through their doors. Got just $100 dollars for a quality suit for a wedding or funeral with options to choose from that will fit, come here first. I bought multiple pairs of shoes here, I bought suits, ties, socks, dress pants, belts, dress shirts etc.. Like most of the population, I don't normally leave reviews but this store was long overdue for one from me for all the all years of service they have given me. I came here and spent what money I had set aside and they have always treated me like they would miss if I didn't come back. The truth is I would miss them if I could not go back. If you haven't been here check it out, if you don't know where to go come here. Wives send husbands here and husbands show your wives this review and that you should check this place out. Thank You Jos A Banks for making me a Raving Fan its been the one place I can go that I KNOW your staff will take care of me.”

“Don't wear a lot of suits so the few I have are just your run-of-mill. Had to up my game for once, and honestly, didn't know what to expect having a suit tailor made. After the exceptional service and quality suit from N. Harvell's, call me a fan. I can't say enough about the fantasic service I received from both Nancy and Medford and the top notch quality of the suit I received. They truly go above and beyond to ensure you're treated like a frist class customer and that your suit fits your body like a glove while looking sharp. I'll be back.”

“I went in on a Monday and Albert assisted me. He was super helpful and pleasant, and he explained some options for me, connoting the “why’s” and “why nots” as far as the fit and form of the “modern” suit he suggested. He based his suggestions upon what I told him I was looking for—basic black suit. He was very attentive without being pushy, and he had intelligent, thoughtful suggestions, all of which were greatly appreciated. I had not bought a suit in YEARS! But it was a fabulous experience. I was in and out like a light. Thanks, Albert! See you again!”

“When I arrived, Andrew was busy on a ladder but greeted me immediately. He was extremely professional and helpful with pointing out everything that would meet my needs. As a Lead Bartender, I need shoes that keep me comfortable through multiple 14 hour shifts, and boy did Andrew deliver exactly what I needed! After listening to my needs, and I'm very particular, He got me multiple pairs to try on, and even brought me socks. Honestly, the pair I've been using are but a couple of months old. However, when I walked around in the new ones today, I liked one pair so much that I just couldn't wait to use them at work right away. Thank You Andrew, for easing my foot pain and finding me such an incredible value. As a trainer, I'll be sending every new bartender to Andrew at Skechers!!”
“I placed an order for pick up at the cordova mall location (very first time purchasing from old navy). The order was for the dynamic fleece cargo joggers that I've been waiting to go down in price. A few hours after I placed the order, I received an email stating my order had been canceled due to my transaction being flagged as fraudulent. I called customer service and they could not explain why it was flagged. I was told I would have to place the order again or have them ship me my product for another charge of $36. Meanwhile, I have to wait on the original $36 to fall out of my account. Very disappointing! The one star is for the manager George for making sure I would be able to come in the store to make my purchase. Thanks George!”
