The rep who helped me, Ada, was fantastic. She is knowledgeable, has great customer service skills, and is genuine - a combination not found too often today. Thank you for hiring her so I could have a great store experience.

Thursday November 7th got here at 5:15pm note on door says went to get change,what ever that means doors are locked would not recommend metro pcs to anybody ,6:00pm still nobody here doors are still locked going somewhere else,if there was a minus star I would give that.

Terrible customer service. Avoid this location. If you do go here know the prices before hand they will lie and add services without telling you then say that they are required for new customers. After a call to customer service everything was straightened out.

It Usually depends on the person who serves you. The service is good for the cost and the phones are good for the price. Insurance is pointless though. You have to pay $50 for a new phone anyway and $15 a month was a waste for us since our phones cost between $30 and $100 usually. Some workers are great about getting you the best deal/plan, some either don't seem to know how to change the plan or didn't want to be bothered.

Simply asked a question about billing, older guy with a thick accent dismissed it, said it wasn't his problem. Terrible customer service at this location.

The worse customer service ever the guy wasnt helpful at all told me if i got a phone he couldn't hook it up because it was about to rain just rude I have been a metro customer for years and I haven't ever had to deal with such poor customer service
