The t-Mobile store at 1270 Springhill Ave. is absolute garbage. They need a new owner and a new management staff. The individual went to lunch for about three hours and no one showed up and many people came through trying to pay bills and get service. I highly recommend to stay away from it and find another T-Mobile or another company to deal with. It is absolutely shameful! They hadn’t employ woman that could not even pay her bill so she had to find another T-Mobile and get a ride to get to that store. She didn’t have transportation so she had to find a way because the store that she went to at 1270 Springhill Ave. is in her neighborhood right down the street and she would walk to it. They are completely unprofessional and something must be done. Run away from the store. It is a shame that they are so tacky and unprofessional to leave a sign saying gone out and will be back within the hour and are gone for three hours or more

She was absolutely wonderful. I went in to get home internet. But when I left I had it and a free Samsung tablet. Very helpful ladies here . I definitely recommend.

After purchasing a phone my mother was a victim of theft someone got her information a took money out of her bank account i went back to speak to a manager but she wasn't there and the other young ladies would not give me her name this is so sad stealing from the elderly.I hope this helps somebody and get to the head people because this is sad the store is already in the hood now y'all stealing from the elderly. I wish i didn't have to give you a score
