Unprofessional, Unfriendly, and Horrible customer service. The experience that I had there was disgusting and unacceptable. I entered the store to pay my bill and left out with my life being threatened by the one of the customer service reps. There is so much more that can say but I'm just going to leave it there. Why would Metro PCS hire someone like that to represent your company ?

I am disappointed with store i have been so rudely mistreated by the customers rep displayed unprofessional behavior i called the store , explained over the phone to rep i have a cell phone that's given to me as a gift, i don't have the original charger for it, to i know issue charger . could you see just fix it or let it charger 1% . rep told no problem come on !when i arrived to the store, rep act like he didn't want to helped me while he handle it personal business on the clock . i ask man could at least let charger for til1% no i got pay for it . i have been with company 5 yrs never had issues with customer til now. I had recommended thi companys to all my family and friends. Now they just loss a long time customer

The phones there are lackluster in the service there was okay
