They had an event to make your own wreath and we came as a family to be able to do a group project. When we arrived they had little supplies and got aggravated that we asked for more supplies, even thought the event on the website said they would supply everything from 2-4. 3 associates were then in front of us complaining about the event and saying it was “Michael’s fault for saying the store would supply everything”. By this time it was only 2:30 and maybe only 5 people were there. The only thing they had to do was supply fake flowers and nothing else. The event was nice, but such a disappointment in the associates working there.

The michaels I visit on occasions is actually a good store, only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because some of the associates are not very friendly but All in all it a good place to shop and I loved that they took the time to send me one little chick all by herself.

This store has a decent selection of most things just don't expect to find Bernat yarns in this store. That is my favorite for knitting most things.

They do not stay stocked .this is one of the only craft stores we have in Mobile n supposed to be the largest.theres no help n can't find anything n if u find where should be then they are out of stock.

love this store. has most of the crafty supplies i need. is set up in a way that makes shopping pleasant. discounted items and coupons available every time i shop. i earn reward points for $5 vouchers. everyone who has checked me out has been friendly. only downside is the noise level i've experienced a couple of times from the cart that gets used for restocking. i have noise sensitivity so it really bothers me when it's being pushed down the store aisle. i have to put my earplugs in.
