**DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this car dealer.**
Day 1: My husband bought a vehicle but didn't receive it until 2 days later. When I went to pick up the vehicle, it was empty of gas. My husband had it for a day and returned it due to a service light being on, and he left the receipt in the vehicle. The dealership kept the vehicle for 2 weeks before he got it back. When we finally received the truck, Omar claimed he added gas, but it was only at a half tank. I have photos to document this.
There are multiple issues with the vehicle. My husband tried calling Omar, but he never answers or returns phone calls. It’s been over 2 weeks, and we have yet to receive the paperwork for the tags. When purchasing a vehicle from a dealership, all issues should be resolved before it is put on the market. Omar is quite deceptive.
On September 17, we took the vehicle back to Omar for repairs because the engine light came back on. I received a call from my insurance company asking if we were aware that our vehicle had been in an accident. Omar’s employee drove the vehicle and rear-ended someone on University Boulevard. Omar never informed us that his employee had an accident in our vehicle. The front collision light continues to appear on the dashboard, and we have photos showing where he took the vehicle to fix the bumper.
As of today, my husband and I have had to purchase a new engine for this vehicle. Integrity means doing the right thing when no one is looking.

I found a car here, spoke with the dealer Omar "looks great, no damage I'm walking around the car looks great, i drove it for a few days its a great car" . He really tried to pressure me into signing the loan for the car sight unseen, i finally was able to have him let me put $3000 down over the phone to hold it. I drove from Cleveland Ohio and the drivers side door has rust and scratches as well as the drivers rear door that went into the rear bumper, these will NOT buff out. I tell him i do not want the car after a 16 hour drive he tells me his boss doesn't want to refund my money and that they had 5 different people look at it and were interested. Finally after a little heated exchange I had to drive 20 min to their other location and his boss was super nice and refunded my money. I told him what Omar said and his reply was "well he's young and has a lot to learn"!First and last time, I would steer clear of this guy!

Omar was so amazing!! Worked w/us the whole step of the way & was more than accommodating which was more than helpful since we lived 2&1/2 hours away, he stayed to wait for us & was always so kind & polite. ALL the vehicles he houses are in immaculate condition. We are rebuilding our credit after the covid 19 epidemic and could not get approval from any dealership…. He had us %100 approved and out the door in 30 mins. He has our future business. Highly recommended.

Very Unprofessional. After trying to bargain with Omar on a 2013 Silverado that was lifted and he was asking 21900 for an 11 year old truck. I got him down to 19800. Which is still not a reasonable offer considering the age of the truck and the issues I found with the truck while test driving. I then tell him I am going to bring 19500 cash money and we will draw up the paper work. He says no deal 19800 and I told him I had 19500 and he Says THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME! Very unprofessional in my opinion. I was willing to work with him and the dealership but the way he acted when he wasn’t making a sell was not the way to make dealership look good.
