I’ve been trying to contact the manager since this morning. I spoke w the room controller and housekeeping this morning to let them know that water was all over my floor. The phone doesn’t work in my room to contact the front desk. I came downstairs spoke w the front desk after asking for the manager and she assured me she would contact housekeeping and take care of it. I returned to my room this afternoon after a long day to step in a puddle of water that’s all over the floor. The phone again isn’t working to call downstairs. I walked downstairs asked for the manager Glenn and the front desk agent said he was on the property but she didn’t know where he was. I’ve waited now almost 40 minutes. She said she attempted to call him but his phone keeps going to voicemail. I want to know who is going to get this water up and how I’m going to be accommodated for my inconvience.

Something is wrong with elevator timing. On every single floor people waiting in the line . In the lobby you should wait for elevator in the line long time. And it’s 3 elevators operating. Just looks like it’s

The staff was nice and friendly and the property does a great job attempting for the construction not to interfere with your stay. It looks like it will be an amazing property after construction is complete. I rated the stay this way because we had ask several times to get some more towels. So did other guests that we ran into. The room was not properly cleaned before and during our stay. The bathroom appeared to merely be wiped down. Luckily we travel with Lysol and Clorox wipes, the toilet really looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while and that was very dissatisfying as it leads to the imagination of what you cannot see. Also, it was very bothersome for the housekeeping staff to knock on the door at 8:30am while on vacation. Which is also well before checkout.

They have soap dispensers in the shower. I get in the shower, no soap. I guess I’ll wash using shampoo. No shampoo.1 coffee packet in the room. The front desk tells me my titanium elite status only gets me the cold continental breakfast, I am not to have any hot items.This hotel is run by amateurs that have no business running a hotel.

Very comfortable bed. Nice room overall. Modern bathroom fixtures. Stayed here while doing Storm duty. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Full gym with several machines, dumbbells (up to 60 lbs), treadmills, ellipticals. Plenty of space for other activities like jumping rope. Several restaurants close by.

Construction is on site. Susie has absolutely amazing customer service. She is definitely the reason for the high remarks. The day staff was good, as well.My room was nice. However, the atmosphere at this location is not the typical Marriott.Safety: Yet, definitely not the typical Marriott.

Construction underway, very loud and disruptive when checking out. Had to call to get coffee in the room. Negligible water pressure on 15th floor. Great views. Room was very nice and clean.

Upon exiting the elevator on our floor, we were overwhelmed with the smell of mold/mildew. The whole floor. It was like the hallway had flooded and the padding was never dried. We were rushing to an event or we'd have asked for another floor. We toughed it out on our return as we had a 4am wakeup. But neither of us slept and woke up with our sinuses completely clogged. The sink was clogged as well. On the plus side, everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. But this property is not ready for prime time.

Had a safe and enjoyable quick overnight stay. Property is well lit, lots of parking and friendly staff. Shout out to Craig at the bar/restaurant who definitely did his best to help out all the folks in his area by himself. Nothing was cold, nothing was delayed and he delivered all with a smile. Property is clean and the rooms are good. We had a nice view of downtown. Location is also wonderful as its near some nice restaurants and the mall. Would stay again!

I booked this hotel in the event I needed to stay on my booked night as I was traveling for a tournament. I wasn't sure if we would need the room, so I made sure that I would be able to cancel if needed. Both online and my confirmation email states that I would be able to cancel by the following day after I booked if it was prior to 11:59pm local time. I ended up not needing the room so I cancelled around 4:45pm on the day that I could cancel by and received a cancellation confirmation email. I checked my credit card activity a few days later and noticed that I had been charged. After several calls to the Mobile Marriott, I am now being told that I will still be charged due to THIS particular hotel's cancellation policy that I was not notified of. THIS HOTEL OPERATES UNDER DECEPTIVE PRACTICES. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Here's my review with EVIDENCE so nobody think I'm making this up or lying. I tried to contact the general manager but somehow I can't get in touch which is convenient. The Front Desk Agent who was working 10/14/23 that morning needs to be fired for being lazy. We walked in and she was on her personal cell phone. Not only that she took forever to get us a room. And the room ? WAS A COMPLETE MESS !!! NASTY!! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! They are no help Alicia is the general manager and I sent her multiple emails and tried to call and she was no where to be found. Book with Hilton or a different Marriott hotel. I'm ready to call corporate. Oh and plug in the bathroom did not work.

They charged my card $3 months after I stayed and had already settled the bill. This is called theft.
