Terrible nurses, went to get my younger siblings glasses she’s been without for 2 weeks after the tragic loss of our mother the lady was sucking on a lollipop at 9am in my face. Rude as hell. Told me someone came and signed them out already *there is no way because my mother passed before anyone could get them* then told me there was nothing she could do for us. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

They never answer the phone. They have their so called business hours on the voicemail, and when you call during business hours they never answer. Very unprofessional to be a doctors office. I will never bring my daughter back here.

Every since my daughter became a patient, I have had nothing but problems. Every time I try and call for help with replacing my daughter's glasses, I'm told the optical department goes to lunch when I call, and to leave a voice message. Of course, no one returns my calls. When I take her in to see the doctor, the receptionist on Stanton Rd has the most horrible attitude ever. When i try to leave a voicemail at the other location, i can't. voicemail is always full. I called this morning for the number to the stanton rd office and was told they didn't have it. I called back there and asked for someone in optical and was told they couldn't help me and gave me the number for stanton rd, lol. i promise i can't make this up. I'm praying i can find another eye doctor that accept medicaid kids. i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone period.

Very old and dirty place. I was told on the phone I couldn't go to the other location where my other child goes because this is the clinic where medicaid children go!

Never open!!! Even if Google says they are open. I've been trying for 2 weeks to pick up mine and my sons glasses. No one ever returns calls or follow ups. The office needs severe up dating.

Took my 2 year old daughter to get an exam for her eye slipping. The staff was really friendly. The doctor was straight to business he was able to get a very busy 2 year old to sit still for the exam. Very impressed.

Took forever to get in to see the doctor. He only spent 3 minuets with us and said everything was fine, when my child's pediatrician says it's not.

Maybe they should hire someone JUST TO ANSWER ALL PHONE CALLS!! No matter what time of day I call, I can never get anyone to answer the phone.

My 9 yr old son was in the Mobile location on October 4, 2019. He had picked out the black on black plastic Ray Ban frames. The staff stated that it would take 2 weeks for his frames to come in so he had to go without glasses which contributed to him having major headaches. They stated they would call me once they came in to come and pick them up. I had to call them 3 separate times and physically go into the office and ask if they had come in yet for me to finally get my son's glasses, only to realize that they were the wrong frames. He has been wearing the wrong frames for the last 3 weeks b/c he couldn't go a day longer without glasses due to his headaches. The staff there stated they would order the correct frames which should only take a week..... I have called the Mobile office 6 separate times (last call was Friday November 1, 2019) with the response of, "i don't know what your talking about, can you repeat what is going on again?" and with "I don't see any frames for the name of ****** here for pick up"..... with no resolution. I have drove up there 3 separate times, the last time being yesterday, November 4, 2019, and a member of the staff sat there and pulled my son's frames out of her desk drawer and stated, "well, they're right here"... with attitude and with a disgusted look on her face that clearly showed that she was bothered with having to even deal with the situation. I then asked how long they have had the correct frames there because i NEVER received a phone call to advise me that they were there for pick up. Their response was, " i don't know"...... They stated they needed the glasses off my son's face before they would give me the correct glasses for him to wear and attempted to take them off his face right there. I told them they were not taking the glasses off of my son's face and we are leaving with his new glasses that we had paid for. They then stated i would have to call management to try to resolve the issue and they just sat there without giving me the name and number of the person I needed to talk to. I had to ask them for that information directly. Needless to say, I left the office yesterday, yet again, empty handed because they never gave me the glasses that we originally ordered and paid for. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO VISION PARTNERS AGAIN!!!! The staff is the most unfriendly, difficult, incompetent, and rude group of people I have had to deal with.

I have recently filed a claim for replacement glasses for my daughter in the beginning of July. I've called two weeks later to the office on Stanton Rd. Mobile, Al and they had no record of the order. I've tried to file the claim again and the clerk explained that the internet service was not working properly and never tried to reach out to continue the claim. I called the Providence office to submit the claim, received a called saying the insurance number was denied. I give the clerk the new number and she say the glasses will be at the office in two weeks. Call in today to check the status and the claim has not been fulfilled, my daughter has been without glasses for an entire month and will go to school the first week without glasses. The only explanation that was given is that we are human and we will send the order in right away but it will not be in by Monday August. 6. This is very unacceptable when the claim should have been taken care immediately upon given new insurance information. I'm quite sure this office has someone designated to take care of these orders and to reach out to the customer when there is an issue. The office on Stanton Rd hours are different as stated on the website and is very hard to reach anyone in office. I thought the Providence office would be better.
