Great experience, coaches were engaged and everyone was friendly. The coach, Brent, was very knowledgeable and taught me many things about hyrox and technique. Will be coming again!

Had the chance to drop in while visiting Mobile for work. Super friendly people, knowledge coach, hard workouts, and nice facility.Just give them a ring if you want to drop in! They’re very responsive!
