Sam at Mr Fix It took really good care of my car. My car broke down a couple months ago, and left me stranded hours after I arrived in town visiting. He got my car fixed really quick and with precision. He's a very professional and kind person, definitely the type of person you want to do business with. He won't jerk you around, he's very friendly and straight forward. His business partner Rick is really knowledgeable and nice too.

Very unprofessional. When I gave Mr. Fix It a call, he answered the phone, did not put me on hold, and continued speaking with his background. I hung up due to the nonresponse of my saying hello. I received a call back from Mr. Fix It with just a hello and a “what’s up?” no apology. I explained I just called, etc. He acknowledged it with an “ okay.” From there, I did not trust doing business with him. I’ve heard he was rude before, but I attempted to give him a try, and he is truly living up to what other customers are saying.

Sam is a great guy, knowledgeable, and honest. On my way to Mobile from Georgia my van was hit by a moving object. The plastic cover and the rails underneath the vehicle was damaged severely. He took me without prior appointment and temporarily fixed the hanging plastics. He knows what to do with your vehicle. I offered him what I felt good for the service but he took minimum. I will recommend him if you need to fix your vehicle.

Reliable Mechanic!2004 Toyota Camry. Brought my car to Sam and he fixed the issue. Previous mechanics were sending me here and there but Sam found the issue and fixed it on the spot. I Highly recommend him Affordable prices as well.
