About Murphy USA
Murphy USA is a chain of retail gas stations often located near Walmart stores. The inside store is always nice and clean. However, the card reader on pump #10 was broken, requiring customers to go inside to pay. This issue affected multiple people, as the guy pumping gas ahead also had to do the same. This inconvenience prevented a five-star rating, despite the clean and pleasant store environment.

Nasty attitude manager Caresha has bad customer service it’s not the public’s fault you have to work here, I even witnessed her once getting into it with a man. I will not patronize this business ever again!!

Walking in I see the employee eating away her chips, payed cash for gas and apparently it’s too much work for them. Went back to get my change she was “friendly” but waited for me to turn my back to say “pay at the pump then” like she’s giving me money out of her pocket.

They will not honor advertise prise on merchandise. Went in to make the purchase that is advertised and they said they would not do it.
