When I came into the establishment there were about four women ahead of me. There was a waitlist, but I never seen anyone called from the waitlist. There is barely any nail polish stocked on the walls. Small wait area. Wait area needs an upgrade. Wait time was entirely way too long. Prices are not the greatest. Not entirely sure if everyone is doing their job correctly . The service overall was pretty good. Customer service can be improved. Over all my nails do look beautiful. I personally probably will not be back. Fill me for more reviews

First time coming in, and I had Mrs. Kim. She did an amazing job and she was so funny, sweet and was very thorough! Love it and will be coming back!

Terrible way to run a business. Maybe you should really think about setting appointments. I went Friday night and was told to come back Saturday morning @9, which I did. I didn't know you had told other people the same thing. And even though I was signed in before others they said they were parked before me and you asked me to wait. I will NEVER go to this salon again. Learn how to run a business, take appointments! I only put 1 star because I had to in order to post this review!
