Pats Car quest is a true find for folks that restore older vehicles. Their experience in research of parts backed by Car quest parts (high quality) catalogues is extensive. The owners are old school from growing up in the auto parts business of previous generation. I had them create hydraulic hoses for my A/C in auto. Excellent work. Luckily they were not to busy so I could check out their store. They have a little bit of everything from boats needs - trailer and port, starboard lights flush adaptors, connectors, etc., tractor hitches, wrenches, gear pullers. High quality. ( A steering wheel cover I bought) Pretty sure that what they don't stock they can order. Car quest parts are as close to OEM as possible. Far better than the big 3 stores advance auto etc. and quality service. That is what I really liked about Pats. They know parts and how to look up cross references, and will do so. They are a short drive easy access store from midtown Mobile where I live - 10 -15 minutes drive on low traffic roads. Or interstate.

Been dealing with Pat's for many years. Usually customer service is top notch, but my last visit one of the 2 ladies behind the counter had an attitude problem. What's worse is I wasn't even dealing with her when she decided to pipe in with her comments. I guess she really had a problem with me asking how long it would take for my part to be ready to pick up.

I walked into the store and the owner looked at me like I was covered in ants. He smelled like he brewed the same pot of coffee 3 times over, and he was shaking as if he had drunk half the pot.
He asked me if I had a business account 3 separate times, and each time I told him no, he pretended to write it down on a piece of paper. I just wanted to buy some windshield wipers. DO NOT recommend.

Honestly I wouldn't work here owner is petty, and makes a living overcharging customers. Wanted to fire me because because I wanted a raise, I quit in the end. After he fired his 2 biggest work horses, because he didn't want to communicate like an adult.
