This branch is so slow. These folks will really start helping u and then go over and start talking about “Mardi Gras” to the other workers….meanwhile it’s a lady in the drive thru that’s been waiting longer than I have.This is exactly why I don’t come in here. Everything little and small is going to take you FOREVER! PSA…it don’t take 4/5 workers to count $1000.Navigator is a great bank to be with. But the people they have working for them. It’s just not good business. The customer service is awful. They will walk about for minutes and won’t tell u why but look at u crazy when u just looking and staring at them wondering why it’s taking them so long to do something so simple.

The Cottage Hill Branch rocks, I really wish Navigator Credit Union had a way to alert your members when a branch systems are down and especially when the ATM’s are down, bc it’s very frustrating going from one bank to another and when you get there it’s the same thing! It has been on several occasions almost to the point of wanting to go to another bank bc it’s the same issue. Please fix this once done I will come back and write a better review. Thank you a Navigator member.

All the branches of Nagivator Credit Union are nice and clean. All the staff of whom I've encountered have been courteous, friendly and professional.The only issue that I have is that there are a vast amount of people who get off work at 5 p.m. everyday. However, all the branches close at 5 p.m. even on Fridays which is some of their payday. Just as a suggestion, it would serve their members better if the hours on Fridays could be extended in light of this.I would love for someone to look into this and respond accordingly.Overall, Navigator is doing a wonderful job.

In line 5 employees behind counter 2 customers in line no one greeted us, nor acknowledged us in line finally someone looked up and asked could one of the 5 help use. Absolutely horrible.

This bank cant get anything that ive applied for correct. I have been told 7 to 14 days each time. I have been through every hoop asked including opening a new account. Yet its been 2 months. Now they have frozen funds in one account snd wont even allow access.
