I’ve been banking with Navigator since I was a child and I absolutely LOVE them!!! There is always a friendly face to greet me and they really treat their customers as family! I’m 26 and refuse to bank with anyone else, I LOVE my Navigator!! I’d also love to thank Ms. Rosie and Ms. Victoria especially! They’re always asking about my kiddo and give him a treat, I think he likes coming more than I do lol! HIGHLY RECOMMEND COTTAGE HILL LOCATION❤️

Let me start by saying that if there were 10 stars instead of 5, I would have given 10. The process of getting my pickup truck financed in a couple of days is beyond any expectations that I had. I'm thankful for the team of Navigator Credit Union Cottage Hill office manager Ms Janeen Austin and Moss Point 's very own Ms Shawna Smith, for making it happen in record time! They let me know that when I do my part, (meet requirements), Navigator Credit Union will ' MAKE IT HAPPEN "!So I will say that if you are not a member of one of the best Credit unions, you would be wise to consider Navigator Credit Union aka "THE GATOR". Ms Janeen Austin and Ms Shawna Smith, I thank you for a wonderful experience, and a joy well done. I salute you both.

I absolutely love working with Navigator Credit Union. I’ve been a loyal customer for over a decade. I have taken out several small personal loans with ease. I have had three Automobile loans. Navigator always has my back they won’t let me purchase something above what it’s worth and they won’t give you the runaround when you need money. I give Navigator Credit Union five stars because they have saved my bottom, Time and time again thank you, Navigator Credit Union.

I come here bc the ATM’s are always working. This is the location I used, the ONLY problem I really have is there ATM’s are NOT handicap friendly, now they do have handicap parking ?️ but it’s only 1, so a person such as myself who’s post op 4 months from ankle surgery it’s an inconvenience to have to get in and out the car bc there’s no drive thru ATM ?? I mean the ONLY issue I have is that I’m that person that’s handicap ?? so having to get in and out the car is the part where this design should change for people like me!

"Banking made difficult" should be their slogan. If it wasn't for the amazing staff ALL OVER, EVERY LOCATION; I swear I wouldn't bank with this organization. The grandfather method They use to hold your money hostage is unbearable. They won't even allow a minimum amount. Navigator just holds your whole check for 3 to 5 days with no regard to individuals needs. I wanted to give 4 stars for the staff.. I just can't do it.

They are always nice friensly people here Ms.Jen is the sweetest bank teller I ever met she always makes me feel comfortable when I come through the drive through I would recommend any navigator banker to come to the cottage hill store great people and outstanding service. ?

As a customer to the bank. I completely hate this location but the ATM is ALWAYS ALWAYS down. I’m not lying when I say this ATM here is ALWAYS down. This location is close to my house but the ATM makes me have to drive 20 extra minutes to another location. I try to this ATM everyday and EVERYDAY it’s down.And then when I ask the tellers inside when it will be fixed. They say “it’s fixed”…..I just walk out the door cause I’m not fixing to raise my blood pressure ?
