I chose this location because it had a 4+ star rating. To give it 1 star is disheartening. This rating is solely for the service department and not the dealership as a whole. I went for an oil and filter change, which was done, however I told the sales advisor that I had been having battery issues. Immediately he started listing the price and cost for a new battery. Which very well could be the solution, however he did not offer to test the life of the battery, have the mechanics investigate, or ask how long I’ve had the battery. His focus was selling a battery. In addition they did not complete the multipoint inspection that should have been done. I was told they were trying to get me out of there so they skipped it. Needless to say, I will not be returning. I feel the service department was negligent in assessing the needs of my car, and any issues that may be present they failed to take the time to identify. That is potentially dangerous and a safety issue.

My service is always excellent and Erik is the best! I just wish that my $70 oil change came with more or at least match what other places are doing. A tire rotation, vacuum out the car, or even a half off coupon for a nearby car wash would be nice! Other than great customer service what else can you offer. Cause for the same price or less I could go elsewhere.

Came in for oil change timing was awesome and the service was awesome. And on top of everything I won a price and it was my first I pray the service is the same when I return again.

Eric, our advisor, was very friendly and efficient. He was able to answer all our questions and let us know when the vehicle service was complete. The maintenance items were completed in a timely manner.

This review is specifically for the service department my vehicle was brought there for a synthetic oil change in August 2023. September 2023 car running differently check several things with oil stick being one and it was dry as a bone. Through the month have not seen any oil leaking in drive way. Contact dealership to let them know what happen, they told me to have vehicle towed and they would check it out. Advised hubby of this he does not think it’s a good idea to trust them with my car again. He calls and request a refund and he will do the oil change himself (oil change around 70 bucks) They decline and would like for us to get the vehicle towed there. In addition, they say how it is probably our fault for number of reasons. I ultimately decide not to take it there.***** In closing I recommend checking your oil before and after service and that goes for any facility you go to*****. I am not mechanically incline but this could have damaged my engine. Personally I am going to another facility in the near future.P.S. I drove my other vehicle and Hubby changed oil a couple days later there has been no issues so far. I have attached pictures before hubby changed oil and filter.

Nissan has been letting me set appointments WEEKS ahead and when I finally took it up there each time they told me they couldn’t even touch my car. That was over a month ago, I tried again today they told me the same thing! Now my car cannot and will not move! I have roadside assistance but they are giving me the run around. They told me that they couldn’t find Nissan's location (roadside assistance operator) but when I called Nissan, told them what was going on they then called roadside assistance. Roadside assistance told Nissan that they couldn’t find my location. When I initially called, they said they had my location and pulled it up in the computer. Nissan RSA is now saying I am too far away from the only dealership in my town. I am 15 minutes away. Now my engine light is on. I have never in my life had this type of experience, this has to be the worse experience ever. AND AARON IS THE BEST! He’s literally the only one who’s been giving me any assistance in this whole process! So thankful!

Tameron Nissian employed one of the most intentionally deceptive marketing ploys I've seen. I can appreciate the need to bring customers in but doing so with a cleverly crafted mailer goes a very long way to demonstrating how untrustworthy they will be when trying to sell you a vehicle. I cannot stress enough how much I would not recommend this dealership.

We made an appointment to get our air conditioner fixed in our vehicle that is under warranty. When we spoke to the service person in the phone to make the appointment, we explained the issues and was given an appointment. When my husband arrived for the appointment he was told the appointment only got him into a queue and that he would have to leave the car with them for 7 to 10 days, just to diagnose the problem. He was told that they were short staffed. Of course my husband wasn’t able to leave the car, like most people, we couldn’t be without it for 7 to 10 days. I made multiple attempts to call and speak to the service manager and the GM and neither will return my phone call. I would never deal with them again. We are now taking our business to another Nissan dealership.

This morning my husband arrived about 655am. Service dept opens 7am. He was the 2nd car in line. He wanted oil change, alignment & tire rotation. The advisor guy told him, no this company only takes appointment. He left and went to Firestone on Airport /cottage hill road. Made it there about 730am and car was done about 845am. I wish I was with him I would've guy the guy name and talked to a manager. That's very rude & unprofessional. Honda would never

I called at 7am to inquire about a walk-in oil change, and the receptionist assured me that I could come in immediately and the wait would be between 1 to 2 hours. Encouraged by this information, I promptly drove to the service center around 7:30am. However, upon arriving, I noticed that no one greeted me as I pulled into the service department. Undeterred, I approached one of the service employees and informed him of my need for an oil change. To my surprise, he immediately inquired if I had made an appointment. I replied that I hadn't, but I had called earlier and was informed that the oil change could be completed within 2 hours. Disappointingly, he informed me that they were extremely busy and unable to accommodate me that day. Regrettably, I had no choice but to leave feeling let down by the experience.

As a repeat customer, I love Nissan of Mobile. I had such a great experience buying my SUV that when my daughter was ready for her first vehicle there was no question where I'd be purchasing it from. Great customer service!!! Friendly staff and big waiting room. Definitely check them out!!! Thank you Nissan of Mobile!!!!

Slow shop. But that's not the worst problem. My vehicle had a power issue, and the shop changed the battery and told me it was fixed. I asked them to check the alternator and anything else that could be the problem. They said it was good to go. I picked it up on Wednesday. I'm having to have it towed on Friday. Good job not fixing the problem and overcharging me.Update- I attempted to reach out to the dealership as they requested and received no response back. Looks like they replied here for show.
