Great place to look around- I purchased a cute pair of shorts and a nice top for $5. I don't know what people are expecting but this is a volunteer organization- if you're rude to them, the they should be rude to you. I had an amazing experience. I am from out of town - Pennsylvania- so if you want rude - come to my state. I was very happy and met some lovely women in the dressing area. See for yourself and shop for yourself - wonderful place. Plus it's for charity. Win - Win

I can see why some people say the workers are rude, because they are! But the ones who are regularly working there are super nice. It's usually the young meth looking cashiers that are so rude. I still go there because I find cool stuff and they have half price items all the time. Also, the store is nicely organized and they are constantly up keeping it. Overall, it's my second favorite thrift store in Mobile ❤️ thank you so much to the good kind workers,we appreciate people like you

The lady at the register is unnecessarily mean. I won’t shop there again.

The prices are ridiculous, especially for used items and donations!

This used to be my favorite thrift store. One lady that runs the register is super needy VW. The other workers are loud I think she’s me one but n can nitrile is the n a power trip. Everything is micro- organized which is frustrating and takes the thrill of the hunt away. Being on the autism spectrum it was my ch easier the books where before-your not a library no need to implement Dewey. Dollar tree items are 1.99 to 3.99 ! A couple years ago I absolutely loved the ladies that worked there-sometimes a good attitude is all you need there is no reason to change the whole store-furniture prices are ridiculous you are a thrift store not an antique mall ! Comping prices on eBay properly takes more than just looking up an item if you are going to do research do it right. The premise is to help your church? Help struggling families and just our community in general. A woman cannot buy a interview outfit for under 20.00 that’s ridiculous. If you are operating under a Christian ministry then pay more attention to the people not so much pricing a 3.00 item for 15.00. We no longer donate to you or Goodwill. Whoever the lady is blasting orders needs to get back in her tree and calm down a bit . You will make a greater turn over pricing items to sell and a sweet attitude than high grossing people. I’m really really disappointed in the new way things are being done!

This thrift store has a huge selection. They have some of the best prices I’ve seen in a thrift store in Mobile but sadly, the cashier did not have a very “Christian” attitude or even friendly at the least. The lady in front of me was wishing her a blessed day and thanking her and instead of just asking the lady to take her card out of the reader, she says “Do you hear that?” in a smart-aleck tone. It was beeping because she needed to take her card out. She did not even acknowledge the lady being friendly to her. Then, another lady in line was asking if they charge tax which is a fair question as no other thrift stores do plus they’re a religious organization. ( They shouldn’t be charging tax) She then asks the lady “Are you even from here? You must be new because I’ve never seen you before.” when the lady asks her the tax amount. Why be so rude? I don’t understand it. It was a fair question and why ask if she’s been there before? You should be happy for a new customer. The lady’s facial expressions the entire time I was there just exuded like she had a problem with everyone. I hope she was just having a bad day. It does not seem to be the case based on the other reviews. They should hire new employees. You shouldn’t be working customer service if you don’t like people.I’ll be sure to avoid if she’s working.

Suggested new name: Open Door Museum with Antique Store prices. Come see for yourself. Lots of displayed areas with items not for sale, prices used to be good but are now similar to online & Target. Store has potential as long as greed is not in the lead.

They have a good deal where you can fill up a Walmart bag of clothes for a dollar and there's a good variety of things inside. The lady who works in the book section is very sweet but the other ladies who work at the check out can be rude to customers when there was a nicer way to go about it and I've seen it both times I've been.

Shopped here before donated several times usually just leave the stuff at the back door this time I was turned away... no donations after 12 o'clock the lady said. All I had to do was drop the stuff off and leave for a place that relies on free stuff to resell seems they would be more open to donations during business hours. I had well over 1000 dollars worth of toys to just give away. Who doesn't want free stuff?

Awesome thrift store!! Very good prices, and a huge selection of goods. Check often, as their selection rotates. Here today, gone tomorrow.

First time shopping there love the exeperience!!Went back 2 days later.. they had fill a bag of clothes $1. I did exactly that actually two bags stuffed full. Cashier asked me how many bags did I have when she could clearly saw two bags. She said no that's three bags. I simply said okay. That's fine. Paid for all if my item's a left. Overall I could feel her attitude and her mannerism was not friendly. I'm just wondering does she treat all her customers that way
