Using the virtual app is so easy and stress free. Anytime the staff is on the phone, courtesy is extended and they're always helpful and get to the bottom of any issues.

I have been using them for a month for my Mom's PEG tube. We need to change the formula she is using and I have been trying for over 2 weeks to get it changed. This is the ONLY way she can eat. Would not recommend using them if there is ANY other choice! Very poor communication!

Im out of my antibiotics and its impissible to reach an actual person. Im going to try and switch to another service that will not have me doung without my meds
