This was our first time using them. We had previously gone to Katrina’s. Pampered Pets is HANDS DOWN the best place to take your pet! They were so nice and so sweet to my 5 month old labradoodle, who is very playful and never keeps still! He was perfectly coiffed and he smells amazing! Katrina’s never made him smell that good! Thanks and we will be back soon!!04/17/2023- This is a review that contradicts what I said previously. My mother-in-law dropped our dog off this time because I had to work. Where they previously charged $75 to groom our labradoodle, they charged $125. And they SKINNED him! Admittedly, he had a couple of small mats in his ears, but not his whole body! There was NO reason to shave the hell out of him. He looks like a GOAT!! We will not be back!

I’ve used Dana in the past for the occasional touch up on my shorter dogs or to ease shedding season but since I got my Standard Poodle I knew I’d need someone on a regular basis. Dana and Jamie did such a good job with Bentley at his first trip to the groomers. The price was more than fair for the work a poodle takes to look this good. And they worked me in for a Saturday appointment.

Great service with a decent price. I came in with a picture of what I wanted and the girl who was going to cut my dog knew exactly how to do it. He came out perfect! Definitely going back.

Do not use this groomer AT ALL! I have an springer spaniel and they have lots of beautiful feathers and a mane. I was shocked when i picked him up, as i asked for a privacy cut, not a full shave. They cut all of his beautiful feathers and his mane off of him IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WINTER. And it's not even cut even or good at all, it looks like they were blindfolded the whole time they were cutting him. This is not the first time they have cut all of his feathers off, but it is the first time they have cut his mane. We did not tell them to do this as springers aren't supposed to be cut this way, but they don't care. They have probably ruined my dogs coat as it will grow back differently because he is older now and won't grow it back the same. We are furious and will never be coming back here EVER!

I was so disappointed. They cut my babies beautiful pom pom off her tail. Her feet r not done properly. She is unevenly cut all over. I will not be using them again.

My dog lives going there. He has had a bad experience at a different place but 5hey are so sweet and do such a.great job that I wouldn't take him anywhere else. They ate very nice ladies and they love the dog's you can tell. Also very reasonably priced. My dog comes out very happy and trust me that was bot My experience at the other place.

I love everything about this groomer. I have had 3 toy poodles and now a Shorkie over 40 years and my dogs loved them. I have always been very happy with the grooming done also. We have been more than happy with how friendly they are and that our dogs really like all of the groomers. We love Pampered Pets!

I ask them to cut him evenly his legs are thicker than his coat it’s not even I also asked do not cut his nose like a poodle cut and it was he’s just like all very disappointed some of his fur is longer then other parts of his fur
