Every time I turn around they are changing the menu. I can never get what I want from them anymore. The new menu is confusing and nothing sounds appetizing. A simple sandwich and soup will suffice.

I used to go here all the time. The service dropped off, and I found other places. I came back today to get a loaf of bread. After being ignored for a while by the lady sweeping up behind the counter, I figured I'll have to find somewhere else ... again.

I tried to share my experience with the manager before posting online. All he would say is “thank you for your feedback” but I don’t think it matters. The customer service is so bad I can’t go back. The lady at the front is very rude and is always flustered, even if you order just loaf of bread. The only reason she keeps her job is because that place is about to go out of business and she’s the only one that will show up every day to that trash heap. I have witnessed her be rude to other customers and employees over the years. I won’t be going back but it won’t matter. They can’t continue business with a dirty restaurant and a rude employees. This place needs a lot of changes.

Waited 12 minutes on a girl that had no choice but to cover making drinks for the drive-through and customers inside...we lost, the cars won!!!

All of the tables are dirty and no one comes around to clean them. Also, having to wait for your order to get your drink is stupid.

Not a great choice. Tables, booths, walls dirty and stained. Beverage bar sloppy with spilled drinks. Table with high chair which was extremely dirty with food trash on the chair and floor was never cleaned the whole time we were there and it was not busy. Would not recommend and will not return for the price. All self service now from ordering, to paying, to picking up, and taking to trash when finished. Why too much much for what you get now.

Chaotic. I come here for lunch alot, because I love Panera’s food, but the service honestly could be better. They’re really bad about prioritizing tasks or acknowledging guests. From what I can tell it’s always all over the place. The last time I came my order was wrong. I normally order online to avoid long lines or mix ups so I can just get in and out, but today was the one day I had to order in line from only having cash. It wasn’t busy at the time I came in or anything I was only behind 2 people that were ordering together, and it was their first time at Panera so they didn’t know what they wanted and were having to wait on the woman at the register to assist them, well later on as we are waiting for the woman to come to the register the people in front of me ended up deciding what they wanted so they moved over to the register where they could just self order since the lady at the register wasn’t available at the time. I am still patiently waiting and never get addressed by the girl at the register all though she looks at me several times and sees me waiting just taking her time on side work that can wait. A man later comes in and then skips me in line and she addresses him instead…. despite that she saw me in line behind those people waiting for 5 mins already. At that point I’m annoyed because I’m pregnant and just trying to get my order and sit down because she saw me waiting there a while. Ive been skipped and I can’t order on the self serve register due to only having cash, and even if I did have a card the people were still on the device taking a while to put their order in. So I just decide to be patient still, and I tell myself I’ll just kindly tell the man I was the next person in line letting him know that I haven’t been helped, but since she acknowledged him I decided to be the bigger person and just let her take his order and get that out the way despite that I felt it was wrong she saw me first. It made no sense because even if she thought I was using the self serve register she knew it was already a long wait and she saw the people were still there on the device so it would have been way faster for her to to just simply acknowledge me and see if I would like to be helped or have my order taken, opposed to assuming and just jumping straight to the next person who she saw come in after me since those people were obviously going to be a while. So what could have taken 5 mins is now taking 10 mins, because she’s telling the man in front of me to wait now too. Then a line forms behind him from people who walked in all going behind him since they see him at the register next in line, and assume that I’ve been helped by someone. So I then have to get at the back of the line behind 5 people when I was originally next in line. It took over 10 mins for me to even get helped to put my order in. Future reference PLEASE acknowledge your guests. I understand things happen honestly due to working a lot of customer service and food so I honestly like to show grace, because things just happen. I know it also may get confusing with the self serve register, but logically it makes no sense to have a customer waiting a while on someone who is hogging the line when you can just go ahead and try assisting them and seeing if they’re okay or need help, taking their order before a line forms or more people walk in. It’s always important to acknowledge people you see. I noticed a lady who had a pickup order who had the same problem as me waiting near the bar when I had to wait on my food. She was waiting forever and never got addressed till way later.

The general manager Rachel is an absolute evil woman. She lies on employees when they have proof of messages between them. She also treats the employees like trash. My boyfriend started working here over a week ago and we caught 2 flats in the first week. We had picture proof and even called while on the side of the road and they still acted like he was lying. To be honest it felt a little racial because he was the only black man that worked there. Stay away from this company as a customer and as an employee.

Something new, you have to order your meal via kiosk. The old is you still pick up your food when it’s ready, take it to the trash/dirty dish area. So now, other than preparing the food, you have to do everything. For almost $40, we could have gone to a “regular” restaurant for better experience. Thank you corporate office. Oh, not returning any time soon.
