Went on a Friday night to order pizza , wanted to add a grab and go salad to my order , the cashier tells me that they have no salads in the back and will get in trouble if they don’t have salads ready for in the morning. Allll irrevelant to me wanting a grab and go salad that was already made ! Totally bizarre situation!

The only complaint I have is that Papa Murphy's participating in shrinkflation along with all the other companies. You do not receive as many toppings as before. I love their chicken garlic pizza, but I'm disappointed that the amount of toppings is less.

Best Service I Have had all year Even when I was the picky. Adding in more stuff to the pizza. Or asking them to do it like this they never caught a attitude Instead they kept a smile on a face and opened the door for on the way

This place is unique because a customer can bring their pizza home and bake it when they are ready. Unfortunately, we lost the store on Old Shell, but when I get a chance, I go get a couple of pizzas, and the family loves the freshness of the pizza. I've always been satisfied with my product and customer service.Parking: This location is next to a Publix, so there is a big parking area.

This place is usually good, but my last order was a problem. I walked in at 7:40pm on Saturday. Closing time says 8PM. It was two young women working. They had already wiped down the counter, put away the toppings and rolled everything into the cooler. One girl was about to cash out the register. When I told them I needed to place an order she paused clearly annoyed that I came in before closing. I ordered an All-Meat pizza with pan crust. It took longer than usual to make, probably because they had to roll the toppings back out from the cooler and dig through the stack of bins. They made my pizza and I was on my way. The problem is that I did not get the pan pizza I ordered. I got a regular crust pizza with high sides. They clearly just stuck dough for a regular crust pizza in the aluminum pan and frankensteined on some scraps of crust around the edge to build it up the sides. The pizza came out way too thin with the outside crust lopsided once baked. I understand if you don't have the pan crust ready at the end of the day. Just say something and give me back the difference in cost? That wouldn't bother me at all. But I'm guessing she didn't want to deal with a refund since she cashed out the register right after I paid. I'm usually reasonable, but she had the opportunity to say something and didn't and it felt like they were whispering about me. It's not as if I walked in 5 minutes before closing. Disappointing.

First off let me say this has usually been a good place to get a pizza made and bring it back home to cook fresh later. I just had a terrible experience with the manager (Mr.Billy). I ordered one of the pizza bowls just last night. I called in this morning because I live in MS and didn’t notice it until late when we cooked it. So make a long story short I called the store and asked to speak to manager. He is the one who answered the phone. So I told him that I came there and purchased the bowl and they didn’t put my bell peppers in it. He asked if I had my receipt. I told him yes. He then got all upset talking to me telling me well I’m sorry I can’t fix the problem for u. It’s 24hrs later and that I should’ve been watching them make my pizzas. Also made a statement about he’s sorry if I don’t come back but he can’t help me. I do not like standing over anyone when they’re working because I don’t like it when someone does me that way. I come to Papa Murphy’s all the time and it’s a drive for me. For him to be so disrespectful was very upsetting! Be careful when you’re spending your money places because the moment there is a mistake they turn sour!

Place was very clean, food is always great, will gladly return when in mobile. In the Publix plaza, so can also shop for quick sundries.

First time getting this pizza to-go: it was absolutely delicious. Tasted fresh and was devoured!Only recommendation is to add more cheese before you throw it in your oven.10/10 - highly recommend! Freshest pizza I've found in Mobile to date!

We purchased a pizza last night from Papa Murphy's. It was one of the worse that we have ever had. It was made wrong first of all and then my husband had to tell them to add more cheese, meat and olives.......We have been eating at a Papa Murphy's for as long as I can remember and never had a worse pizza before until now. Don't know if we will be going back.

We ordered two Pizzas for dinner and they were both customized and they nailed it. Extra sauce and everything. Plus when we went in to pick them up they were super friendly and the store looked clean. Thanks again!

Gave me thing vs original crust and it was it was my first time so I thought it rise. Turns out it was thin crust. They said there nothing they could do for me. Bad customer service.

Selected the thin crust which was obviously a big mistake. Worst pizza I've ever had. Could've spent $4 on a pizza at Walmart and it would've been better. Young girl that made our pizza was like a zombie. Very, very unfriendly. Overall...bad experience.
