I frequent Parlor Vapes weekly the staff is pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. It's definitely won our business over! Love both locations. Love the 24 hours service at the Hillcrest location! All in all they are the BEST in Mobile!

This shop used to be amazing.. it was my go-to vape product location… and then new ownership came into play… ever since I have genuinely HATED every experience I have had there. Andrew is literally the only employee that treats customers with respect.. and the the guy with the long red hair that works the counter regularly is one of the rudest most unprofessional people I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with in ANY type of business. The previous owners ordered a specific e-juice just for me because no one else stocked it.. well at some point the new owners “forgot” to order it, and after actual 8 MONTHS of being told “It’s on our list but I’m not sure when it will come in”, I was finally told today that they have no intention of reordering it because “It doesn’t sell well”… you DON’T SAY!! A product you can’t ever seem to keep in STOCK doesn’t sell well?! What a shocker!! I’ve told them on 20 occasions that I’ll buy as much as you can get me, but then THAT is the excuse I get… unbelievable. Oh I forgot to mention that I have ALWAYS been able to get this particular juice CHEAPER ONLINE, hut I -PREFER- to support and patronize my local businesses…never again. As an addendum, I really hope whatever bad man hurt the poor baby with the red hair gets just punishment for turning that guy into such a complete DOOSH.

My name is Paul Hampton and when you look me up in the system you’ll see I come to the store multiple times a month. The frail boy with nail polish on his hands sold me a battery for a cartridge that did not work and I returned and he told me that since I didn’t have the receipt he would not give an exchange. Even though he remembers ringing me up. I’ve spent hundreds at this store.
