The sales rep was very rude. She demanded I pay $20 now and it couldn't be added to my bill In full and I prepay now. “ I needed to pay her secretary “$20 separate” for an estimate. I use to be a car salesman and she was highly unprofessional. Very unprofessional and demanding. Now you lost a customer and get nothing. Nothing against the business they were the cheapest option but her nasty attitude made it to where I went with someone $100 more. I forgive her but if she’s going to be an honest face for your company she needs to be more kind to her customers to make a sale. I sold cars more by just talking to people about their daily lives and not force/ threaten someone to do something.

By far the best, most affordable and will go above and beyond what’s expected . If I shared the difference in pricing to any other windshield place it wouldn’t even sound believable I won’t go anywhere else .
