I would highly recommend not buying any fish from this pet store. I spent over $100.00 to stock my aquarium with guppies mollies catfish and a sucker fish. I had 3 healthy beautiful guppies and a beautiful betta I have had for a few months bought from another pet store already in my aquarium. A few days after I put these new fish in the aquarium I noticed some white spots on them… they were infested with ICH disease! I had to order the treatment which took another three days to get here because no one had it in stock. So by the time the treatment arrived.. my entire tank died… total I lost about $125.00 in fish not including the money spent for the treatment that was pointless by the time it arrived. I am beyond livid so now I have to bleach my tank and start over.

We drove almost 45 minutes and the groomer just got in from lunch and didn't have any other dog to cut and stated that she needed a certificate rabies paper for my puppy to get her hair cut when I had her rabies tag with her numbers and shots record she made 5 different excuses standing there my husband was there as well also stated that they don't take any puppies under 6 months and it was company policy which is a lie because my dogs have always used them since they was babies we've never met a more lazy and rude woman when the other woman wanted to help us out you want catch me using any of pet smart services again if anyone is reading this I recommend B&B Pet shop all day long atleast you get some help in there store!

This was my first time choosing pet smart as my groomer for my dog. I booked the appointment online for the 36 dollar grooming package. When I pick my dog up I'm told they couldn't do his nails and handed me my receipt to pay. Walking out of the store I seen on my receipt where I was charged 54.00. I went back inside and went to the groomers first to verify what they done to him. When I went to the cashier for a refund since she had just charged my card it and tried a refund it wouldn't allow me to submit another payment. Ms. Evie was the cashier and she was rude and impatient in understanding that this mess up was not my doing. She just said find another way to pay. Not impressed. Will choose another groomer.

My little fur baby never cries or complains when I leave him at Pet Smart. The staff is courteous and I am always satisfied with the service.

Just as I expected the groomers have attitudes we just experienced her unprofessionalism with purple hair but nothing was bright about her attitude . Also, noticing the lack of response of this poor behavior from PetSmart lets me know they don’t care either . Luckily it’s just this location I’ve had good experiences at others .

Bought baby crickets for my baby chameleon. And the crickets didn't even live a week in the cricket basket. I've never had that problem from other pet shops.

I called to make a appointment for my dog to be groomed, made the appointment lots of questions were asked. I went to the appointment and wa turned around because of my dog was vaccinated within 48 hours. They should have asked if my pet was vaccinated within 48 hours. That is a poor way to conduct business.
