I couldn't even get to review their work because I never even got in touch with their people. The computer assisted customer service system would not let me pass. It kept redirecting me to their website telling me that it would save me time. I don't know about you but it is much faster to ask an expert then to try to type out the year model make and all that plus I had questions and I didn't want to have to go and look up FACS. I wanted to talk to a person so I went somewhere else and they got my $300 just saying maybe it should be to where you can get to somebody when you call there should definitely be that option

Amazing work! My Monday ended with a rock hitting the windshield of my Baby... my two month old 2023 Mini Cooper S. I have a bit of OCD and was bummed that the car would no longer be 'perfect.' Insurance set up my appointment for Wednesday afternoon and I wish there were more than 5 stars. Cosmetically way way way more than expected! Very pleased! Also must mention how nice the entire staff was! Stuff like this is pretty common where I live but I'm going to sleep a little better knowing what these guys in Mobile are capable of.

They got there on time no problem, a day after the windshield replacement the molding fell down on the inside. It took another two weeks to get them out there. The piece that they had to calibrate over the rear view mirror fell off too! Just a crappy install! No pride in work.

This was my first time uses Safelite even though I have had windshields replaced in the past. The only reason it's a four is because it's hard to maneuver through the automated phone system....other than that the in store customer service at the front desk and service workers was immaculate. They were friendly and professional. Windshield was replaced in a timely manner...this is my new go to place for auto glass repair

The "other" warehouse in the area, was giving me a run around. PGW made it possible for me to continue building my business. And so far I am extremely happy with what they do!

Was hit by rock on I 65 last Friday. Left a thumnail size ding on my new windshield. Brought it to Safelite this morning and they worked me in without a long wait. Fixed the spot and I cannot see where it was. Great service and great repair. Have always used Safelite and always will! Thanks, Safelite!

A cracked windshield doesn't have to be a drama. These folks make it quick and painless. I did not get a new windshield but got mine repaired. A year later theres been no creeping, all is just as the day they finished.
