Customer service is terrible. I don’t recommend this Pizza Hut. I placed an order online and they gave me the wrong order. Then when I asked them to fix it, they had an attitude they wouldn’t pick up the phone. Told me to wait so they can remake my order. Ask for a refund, and haven’t gotten it

If you want to be ignored by the employees, that includes both managers, then you can come to this store. I will not be returning here, and I will make sure everyone knows just how bad the customer service at this store is, and that the management does not care to hear it, or rectify it.

The Pizza Hut tracker said that my order was ready I get there and sit in a very long line I get to the window finally the lady comes to the window says my order is not ready I can pay then once I pay she tells me that I need to pull around front and sit there for 5 minutes and someone would bring the order out needless to say I sat there for 15 minutes to order still wasn't ready so I had to get out in the pouring down rain and go inside for my order that was still not ready. Then I get the pizza and the wings home the pizza is hardly even cooked the dough is Gummy the wings have a little bit of barbecue sauce inside and not even shaking for the sauce to be coated on the wingsKid-friendliness: Na

Wonderful service at the pickup window! I didn't realize they were open so late which is awesome for a college student. The pizza tastes great! I will be back!
