It is comfortable and personal to fit my needs. Great staff, nice, friendly and helpful. The environment is judge free and everyone is just trying to be a more healthier version of themselves. Thank you for providing an awesome safe space.

Alliyah and her staff are GREAT!!! They always greet regulars by name and have a smile on their face. The gym is kept very nice and clean! This gym would not be such a great positive vibe without Alliyah and her staff.

False advertisement. They purport to be open 24/7 and that's what I've been paying for but in reality they close at 9 most nights. Really need to update their hours and adjust monthly bill to reflect their amended hours.
