AMAZING!! The selection at this location was absolutely fantastic I am already a huge play and talk fan especially the Gulfport location and this one may have taken the cake. Somehow they put twice as much good merchandise in a store half the size of the Gulfport location, the choice of video games here was fantastic with everything from Dreamcast to PS5. They even had the newest releases which I was so excited to see as I was hoping to pick up a copy of Metaphor. Overall just know this is the spot to go for classic and modern games and just an amazing location to go for all your favorite game and anime needs.

This store is a scam 150$ for a repair that takes 3-5 weeks and 170$ to make it a week . And the repair itself take 1 day to complete.

i would give zero stars if i could. absolutely do not take your laptop here for repair. i took my laptop here for a screen repair and it took over a month to get it back. i was excited to get my laptop back since it’s my main tool i use at work. i didn’t even have it back for 4 days before it completely shut down again. i didn’t panic because they say they have a 30 day repair insurance policy. lies. i took it back immediately and they insisted it was physical damage caused by me dropping my computer. i have never dropped this computer. it crashed the second time i opened it since they repaired it. they said they were giving me a “discount” to repair it for a second time i still had to pay more than 3/4 of the original price the same week i got it back. their insurance is a scam. i fell for it again. i paid another few hundred dollars to have it repaired again ! and now it’s not even a month since i’ve had it back and it’s completely crashed again. this laptop is only a couple of years old. this is ridiculous. and the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. gaslighting me into accepting responsibility for physical damage ? insane. they don’t know. what they’re doing and will be rude to you about it. lost nearly a thousand dollars on this crap. i should’ve driven to new orleans to go to an apple store bc for this amount of money i could have a new laptop. i’ve lost all my information and have no working computer and im out a grand. save yourself the hassle and go to a repair shop with some credibility because they have none. worst experience ive ever had. liars. scammers. and they’re rude. hope they enjoy my money they must need it to be scamming people this way. i’ve never been so disappointed. actually i’m devastated. i looked to them for help and instead lost hundred and hundreds of dollars and my computer so. do yourself a favor and don’t go here.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
I took my device here to be repaired after being a long time customer of Play & Talk. I paid for a simple battery replacement on my phone, which they did provide. However, during the battery replacement, they managed to screw up my fingerprint sensor. I took the device back inside, waited for the technician to repair the mistake he had made, and took my phone home afterwards. Within an hour of getting home, my touchscreen stopped working. Then my screen started going out, and eventually went black entirely and the phone stopped responding. I called the location and demanded a refund, to which I was told they would "put the old battery back in and refund the price of the battery".
According to them, it's in the contract that they can break your phone and there's nothing they have to do about it.
DO NOT BRING YOUR DEVICES TO THEM! And frankly, I wouldn't do business with people who have no interest in resolving issues THEY created with their own customers.
I took my device to Cellular Citi in Pascagoula and they had it repaired within the hour with some of the best customer service I've ever received. Take your device there instead.
And to the manager who will inevitably read this; I hope you enjoyed my $60, and sleep well knowing you cost me over $200 on a screen replacement.

MY PHONE HAS NEVER ONCE BEEN REPAIRED BEFORE I BROUGHT IT TO YOU. Just make that known. I hope your potential customers can see through your attempts to undermine the situation.

I love their stickers here, games are a little pricey. Just depends on what you’re looking for decent service. Never had any issues. Great phone options.

Ron the Manager at Play & Talk is a bully. My daughter and I went to look for an iPhone , our initial experience with staff was very pleasant until the Manager, Ron wanted to be a jerk and flex his seniority in front of everyone. When I asked for his name so that I could share this experience he did not want to provide that information, however all other staff provided their names willingly. Then he eventually came from the back of the store and loudly stated his name. Then trying to state all the store policies regarding purchasing an iPhone over $600, well keep the phone and you just lost our business and it was the most expensive phone in the case. I normally don't do reviews but this one was necessary.
