This is the absolute worst Mobile County branch of PNC Bank. No matter what you need to do there's always a ridiculously long wait and it just never gets better, their low rating is very much deserved. I drive to the branch in Bayou La Batre, always a pleasant experience there so worth the drive just to avoid the irritation of attempting to use the Tillman's Corner location. This has been the case for years.

I have been a customer with BBVA Compass since 2001. I HATE PNC! I called to get something notarized and they can't do it. I took everything to Compass under the sun and they notarized it, no questions asked. Obviously, I am loyal and do not like change, but PNC is definitely about to lose a customer, along with my 4 accounts, my spouse's account and my parents' accounts which I am the overseer of.

This bank is rediculous! They sold my friend a cashiers check and let the buyer put only my first name! Totally illegal...then when I go to cash it..im treated like a dog trying to cash a bad check! So..I had to bring buyer to bank with me to get it cashed...and the teller says to me.."see how we protect our customers here"? I said back to her.." I see how you sell illegal cashiers checks to customers and they can't be cashed.! Then this teller says I should open an account with them!!!! Hahahahahhaha! NEVER WOULD I EVER BANK WITH PNC!!!!

I went Friday 3/18 to withdraw my money and was told I would have to wait. So I called the PNC branch in Bayou La Batre and was told I would not have a problem. Went there and had no issues. Why this bank gave me a hard time I have no clue? I hope PNC can fix the issue with this branch

My son used that bank I went to tell them he has died very rude people. Didn't have any sympathy for for him or me. I came out crying I was so mad. There is no since people being so rude!
