Extremely slow service when it’s not busy, they make things hard when it doesn’t have to be. They “forget” about you while you wait. Would not recommend this bank.

Y’all are the worst bank in America!!!! I’ll be sure to give y’all the worst ratings on every site and report to corporate!! In the hardest times ever, I have had to go back and forth with y’all for months to get MY OWN MONEY BACK!! That’s crazy, you surely don’t understand anything if you can’t put my money back during times such as these. Again I will be reporting you all.
