Not sure what’s going on but almost every time I come to this location now there is some issue with the ATM machine. This is very inconvenient due to there already not being enough PNC atms around here. I love banking with PNC but this is becoming a real issue and needs to be addressed. There shouldn’t be constant issues with the atm, especially the banks atm.

The slowest PNC bank ever, i wait in Drive Thur land for 15 mins. Going inside waiting for another 15 mins, only 2 people working up front and other just walking around. When my turn, the other lady left, no one switch with her and behind me there still like 5 people waiting.

You’d think someone could answer the phone after it just dialing for ten minutes on three different occasions. You can’t even leave a voicemail for someone to call you back.

I will never have enough good things to say about PNC. All locations.... excellent. Before i banked at pnc...I used to drop off one of my employees deposits at the Springhill branch. The first time I walked in they were almost dancing around welcoming me..lol. and each time i went in after that.... they seemed even happier to see me than the last. And i wasn't even a customer, lol.... .. so, after a couple of months I went to my bank (REGIONS) across the street, closed all my accounts...and walked my money across the street to PNC. They are so patient with me at this branch on airport. I think I'm up to ...12...idk..13 lost/destroyed/melted in the dryer checkcards. They literally laugh every time i come in because they know what I've done. They treat me like family and I love them. I'll never use any other bank.

The bank employee was very friendly & professional. She took care of my needs & helped me avoid fees by suggesting I do my second transaction the following day. She was quick & very efficient. She seemed to be a very experienced employee.

Ever since PNC bought out BBVA it’s been horrible!!! Only two branches open on Saturdays!!! They are always extremely slow!!! Also they charge fees to doing normal banking transactions. Check deposits are placed on a minimal 24 hour hold, no matter what, unless you do a fast deposit which charges you a fee and they charge a monthly account fee too!!! They charge you for anything and everything they can to make money off of you!!!
