Many people told me about their great experiences with PODS for their moves. I contacted them with questions, and they provided me with everything I needed to know. The communication was amazing. They would contact me online days before with reminders of what is going to happen next. They also provided details about what to do if any changes needed to be made. The drivers I met delivering the PODS were complimentary about their employer. It was also amazing to watch them maneuver the POD during delivery as well as pickup. The whole process has been smooth. I would not hesitate to use them again. I am moving cross country, so I really appreciate their option of affordably storing my belongings for any period of time. My family and I made a great decision hiring them.

Scheduling with PODS was incredibly easy – everything was handled online, and I was able to book on short notice without any hassle. Mike Freeman, the delivery man, was punctual, arriving exactly when promised. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Mike is great! Highly recommend PODS for anyone looking for reliable and flexible moving and storage solutions.

Theyve been great in this process only one hiccup with missing a phone call that delayed the departure of the interstate travel of the pods maybe they could improve that communication process but all the drivers where respectful of property and a pleasure special shout out to thomas on the al side!

The POD was delivered perfectly. It had a dolly and brand new lock inside. I never met the delivery or pick up people because I live out of town, but they did an excellent job! We had the pod moved up to Birmingham from Fairhope and everything went smoothly no issues!

Drivers were excellent but pods were dirty had broken glass and spiders. No resolution made. First pod also had a poor functioning door. The Conway SC manager made promises of taking care of issues and then would not respond again. Mobile AL staff were great.
