This is more directed at corporate/customer service. I purchased this duvet cover in Feb and in June I noticed a manufacturing defect. Two holes in the duvet had clearly been repaired. I did not spend this much money to have a faulty product. They refuse to give me my money back or even a partial refund. Pottery barn does not stand behind their products. Disappointing! If they don’t believe in their products, why should we.

Beautiful store and the service was impeccable. I was immediately greeted and assisted. The sales person even took extra time to show me what other options they had online. I will definitly be returning to purchase furniture.

Since the online pottery Barn refused to give me their corporate address, this is the next best thing. I ordered over 300 USDs of the gingerbread line houses and trees. Email said it would be here January 8th. The order never arrived. I called customer service. They said they could not verify my address! What! I have ordered many items online and this has never happened to me! They were hauty and rude. Then when the order I was supposed to get never arrived as email promised. They kept giving me the run around about the address! The Better Business Bureau gives them an F. They have also been and are going through. Something is wrong with this company. Just Google them. Next year I'll get the files from ALDI!!!! I called several numbers to get their address. No joy. NOW why would a company not want to give out their corporate address? I think it was false advertising and they could not fill the order. NEVER AGAIN!

My husband and I were so excited to visit this store for the first time. We kept getting ads and everything looked beautiful so we decided to take a look in person. Product wise, everything looked of quality and exactly as advertised. The customer service however, could use a change. Out of all the employees there, only one greeted us and asked if we needed help. I don’t mind not being greeted, what I do mind is employees following us like we are criminals. Two employees following our every move. Every one else was enjoying their shopping trip without the employees hovering. Being targeted definitely left a sour taste in our mouth and we cut the trip short. If I could give zero stars I would.

I went into this store about 6 months ago, and not one employee acknowledged me!! They were too busy on their phones and computers. I might go back, and see if anything has changed

Was in on the 30th. One other customer was shopping (only one) and I was there for an exchange, which I changed to a return so I didn't have to come back. I could not find a single employee. With one other customer this was inexcusable. I just needed to exchange. I finally found an associate and he reluctantly removed himself from his chair, letting me know that I was bothering him for breathing, after I spoke politely to him and asked for help, to begrudgingly assist me, the minimum he could speak was all he could do "is there a problem, online or store, store credit or return to card". When the exchange on my part was completed I politely said thank you for his help, he said nothing, literally nothing. As I was exiting the store, three other associates emerged from somewhere, they were apparently in the store as this was not shift change and none of them spoke or acknowledge me or the other customer in fact they didn't even realize we existed. Pottery barn is always better than this - makes me sad

This is a nice store for getting furniture and home decor items. It can be a bit expensive but they have good quality items. You can get lots of nice items for your bedroom. The store seems clean and safe and the staff is very nice and helpful.
