The customer service here has be great! They were always willing to help and assist when I came through the door. They have a great selection of products and the lady that work in the paint department was really on point. I would definitely shop here again.

Customer service was great!! We had a delay in delivery for an umbrella. It made it to the nearby store and I was able to call and just pick up the item. Katrina was one of the associates helping me - she did everything in her power to make it a smooth process to pick up what was scheduled to be a delivery. There were several helpful associates throughout the whole process.

This was super cute and my kid loved taking a break from the store to play with some pumpkins. But then he discovered the rotten pumpkin. The store seems very organized and employees make rounds consistently to keep it that way. Someone must have missed this. It happens!

Okay, so I haven't frequented this store to base my review on its entirety, but I have made more than one trip to the Paint Department which is why I'm leaving this review. Tamara has been super helpful! I hope Home Depot sees this and others have taken the time to sing her praise for the recognition she deserves. She was having a trying day today when a can of paint slipped and spilled on the floor, yet she was just as polite and helpful and professional for what I needed. The system wasn't allowing her to enter exactly what I was asking for, so she did a little troubleshooting and solved the problem. Today wasn't the first time Tamara helped me, and it won't be the last so long as she works here! I will seek her out every time. Tamara, I apologize for my confusion earlier today, but thank you so much for all your hard work and help to get my painting needs met!

I came in today for three things - to see if they could cut a car key, to get a copy of my house key, and to get some auto sealant. I found the sealant quickly. No one offered help with that, which was fine since I didn't need it anyway. The key part was a different story. They don't have an area on the hardware section like Lowe's does, with a person to cut the keys. It's a small section on the end cap of an aisle facing the self-checkouts. I made my selection for the house key, and took notice of the sign saying they cut residential and auto keys. Cool, this will work great! The lady at the checkouts asked if I needed keys cut. I said yes, and showed her my keys. Rudely, she stated that they don't cut "those" kind of keys. I pointed out the sign about the auto keys, and she again said "Well we don't cut car keys, you'll have to go to a dealership or something" and then then asked about the house key. I put the house key back on the shelf and said no thanks. I don't know if she was having a bad day or if that is her attitude in general, but you could decline to cut the key without being rude about it. Had I not already got the sealant before going to the keys, I would have left the store entirely. But it was already in my hand, so I paid and left. I won't return to this store unless I need something that Lowe's just doesn't have.

Tried for three days to have a delivery date set up. Ladies at the service counter tell me when I call they are busy call back later? I call back later and no one answers. Finally come in the store and the ladies at the service counter are all chatting amongst themselves and act too busy to help me and others waiting st the counter many people start grumbling. Witnessed an employee come up and get in front of a customer that had been waiting so she could check out a snack to go on break? Where is the manager?

I received an e-card for Father's Day from my daughter. I wanted to pay on my Home Depot credit card, $100. I was told to purchase something for $100 and return it, by the associate. Well, they gave me another gift card and told me it couldn't be used to pay on my account. Home Depot sucks! I'll take Lowe's any day!

After recently utilizing this location for a home project, the verdict is in - it's all you could ever hope for in one-stop-shop, big-box, massively-behemoth structure housing building and home stuff. Seriously, Charlie in the plumbing department was VERY helpful guiding my unbeknownst self with finding plumbing fittings.

I am in the military and was visiting this store last week to make a purchase. While checking out in my dress uniform, the clerk decided to go on an Anti-Trump rant to me about the President how she feels about him. There were other customers in the area lining up to also check out and I hate that this situation potentially gave the impression that I was involved in the conversation, because I wasn't. I ignored her and went on my way. I'm disappointed because this is the last place I should have to worry about being forced to hear about politics, especially loudly and negatively, when by law, I'm not authorized to engage in such a conversation.

I prefer this place over Lowe's. Super friendly staff. I can always find just what I need, and if I can't, the staff is knowledgeable. Prices are pretty decent. No more than Lowe's. Being a single female, I really rely on the expertise of the staff.

I'm a huge Gulfport Lowe's fan because of their outstanding customer service. I never received great service at the Gulfport Home Depot so I gave up on them and I only shop Lowe's. Well today me and Mom are out and about and needed some stuff for the houses. We went to this Home Depot because it was easy to get in and out of in the big ole diesel pickup lol. I am happy to say the employees at this store were every bit as nice and helpful as my beloved Gulfport Lowe's. We had to hit several sections of the store and everyone we came across was great and knew where stuff was. It's a refreshing change from your typical Walmart trip where none of the employees know a darn thing. I'm curious if Mobile is just a friendlier City in general. Would love some feedback from that question lol. Anyways, nice job HD for showing me not all of your stores are the same.

This Home Depot store rents tools. The hubs and I decided to get rid of the ugly, worn out carpet in our living room and stain the concrete underneath. Okay, obviously I decided that and he lost the argument. Nonetheless, we needed to rent a large industrial type sander to sand the existing sealer off of the concrete. We called the Home Depot by our house and they informed us they don't rent tools and suggested another company that just happened to be closed on Saturdays. We called this Home Depot location and spoke with a helpful lady who informed us they do rent tools and they had several sanders available, so off we went. When we arrived, we met the same helpful customer service rep we spoke with on the phone and she helped us choose which type of sander to use and select pads. She showed us how to use it and rang us up. Later that night, after we finished with the sander, we returned it to another very helpful and friendly customer service rep. She also processed our return on the pad we didn't use. The total rental was about $65, plus the cost of the sanding pads. There is a $150 deposit, but they refund the balance quickly after you return the tool. They rent a large variety of tools, both indoor and outdoor tools. If you get ambitious enough to do your own floors and need a big sander, or decide to till up your garden, this Home Depot is the best place around to rent tools.

I found some great holiday deals. I got a stud finder, garage door remote, and found deal on an air compressor that runs off of your cigarette lighter! Employees are always helpful and lines are short. Any dogs are welcome and even my great danes are greeted warmly.
