I walked in and said hey I’m here for an wax nobody said anything they all just kept working so I walked up to the first station and said hey I’m here for a wax I didn’t think anyone heard me and the lady at the first station replied YOU CAN WAIT so I asked huh and she replied YOU CAN WAIT she has an very nasty attitude

My boyfriend wanted a pedicure and it was half done! She literally took 12 minutes on his feet leaving dead skin and toe nails still needing cut down. His was so half done it’s ridiculous!!! While taking the gel polish off my toes she shaved it down to the pink meat on two of my toes then refused to do what I wanted and smacked her lips like it was a problem. Long story short, we left with no polished feet or nails done for me. $70 to get our feet washed and oiled.

I took my daughter to get a mani/pedi for her birthday. She asked for gel polish which is supposed to last longer. However it didn't last not even 24 hours. This is not the first time this has happened. What are y'all putting in your gel polish to where it doesn't last?Services: Nail painting

First I asked for a simple design French tips with some white hearts. Simple. She botched shaped my nails and the French tip was to thick the first time and had to get her to change it and the hearts are all raggedy and not completely white and the little curvy line between them looks terrible! They are not straight or neat AT ALL. Then $110 nope sorry y’all lost a customer.Services: Pedicure

The guy with the tattoos was unprofessional. He was on his phone , didn’t greet me or say good bye. They was out of the gel color I asked for. The color they gave me didn’t look like what I pick out . I asks for coffin nails . He gave me square . The work was rush and the nails look horrible . I will never go again !!!

I would not advise anyone to go her for services. I went in for nail overlay and an eyebrow wax. Eyebrow wax......... i was burned with hot wax under my eyebrow, that has left me with a mark on my face that i did not go in with. The Gel polish that was used on my nails started chipping the next day. A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE ALL THE WAY AROUND!
