I had a fantastic experience with Public Storage on Azalea Road, thanks in large part to Shelly! She is absolutely the bomb.com — friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions and ensuring I felt confident with my storage unit. I don’t usually write reviews, but Shelly at Public Storage deserves a shoutout. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, and on top of everything. She made the whole process easy and actually kind of enjoyable—which I didn’t expect when I showed up to rent a storage unit.
Shelly knows her stuff. She explained all the options clearly, helped me find the right size unit, and even gave a few helpful tips that made my move smoother. You can tell she cares about the place and her customers.
On top of all that, she’s got a great attitude and a warm personality. She keeps things running smoothly and makes people feel welcome. If more places had someone like Shelly running the show, the world would be a lot more organized.
Highly recommend this location—thanks again, Shelly!
