Customer service here is amazing thanks namely to Kristie!! We had to travel from Michigan to Mobile to pick up our things and Kristie went out of her way to make sure we were able to get access to our belongings even on a long holiday weekend! She was willing to meet us after hours to help us get into our unit bc all new doors had been put on the units and we just didn't have a new key yet living so far away. She went above and beyond on several occasions to help us across the miles since we could not easily drive there. Highly recommend this storage unit as it is secure, safe and Kristie always did a great job helping us get info, answers and helped us when we needed it most! Kristie was so helpful and amazing!!
