I’m so glad I came across this storage facility yesterday!!! It’s convenient to Publix and many other places I shop. Melissa showed me around this awesome facility! It was the cleanest storage buildings I’ve checked out. Melissa was very in tune with my needs.

This has by far been this worst experience with a storage unit I have ever had. Everything was infested with rat feces. We had thousands of dollars worth of damage and the best the could come up with to fix this wasn’t even close to the amount of things damaged. Do not recommend to anyone to ever rent a unit from this location. Not to mention they are raising the rent. Horrible experience

My rent increased from $45 to $100 over 8 months. There were no reasons stated. This is too much for an indoor unit that has rats and mold. Their customer service employees are great, but whoever is responsible for rent increases isn't morally sound. That's plainly taking advantage of the fact there's no where else to move things in storage. Their dumpster is always locked as well.
