I’ve been unable to get them on the phone for 3 days straight. I call, press “5” to speak to a representative, then it replays a message about COVID boosters being available two times before hanging up on me. Over and over again.
They have a prescription of mine in hand and on file but cannot have a refill initiated through the app or through the automated phone line by entering in the script number. Two trips will be required then to obtain my refill.

Employees innthe pharmacy are so rude.They said for first time you have to ask for your prescription in the app.But they do not explain anything about it.

This location #1604 will send a text that your prescription is ready. However when you arrive it is not ready. This has happened more than once. There is apparently several days of backlog at this location. When this Publix location opened several years ago the service at the pharmacy was very good. In the last few years it has gone downhill.

The pharmacist is really nice. I think they've been extremely busy lately. Seems like they are doing the best they can.

Use to be amazing. Don’t take any important medicine needed that day… ie heart etc.. it’ll be 3 days getting it

For the last two years I've lazily been with them they have the longest wait time. They obviously need to hire more support for staff. Like double. The prescription was sent in for bad back pain at 2pm and won't be ready till 9pm.

This is the worse Publix Pharmacy I've ever been to. My husband has covid and they filled his prescriptions 6 hours apart. The one that he needed quickly ( inhaler) was filled last. Most places fill together and quickly. So we had to make two trips with us both being sick. I recommend trying a different location or different pharmacy.

Pharmacy used to be very helpful and quick with processing but is now terrible. I requested my prescription a couple days in advance knowing how slow they had been and they still have not filled my order after five days. I have called for the past two days and people have answered and then hung up. Not sure what has changed but there is very bad customer service now.

THESE PEOPLE ARE LIERS PHARMACISTS AND THEY STAFF. MY HUSBAND NEEDED HIS MEDS AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WHERE ON BACK ORDER BUT WHEN I WENT TO ANOTHER PHARMACY AND THEY CALLED TO GET IT NOW THEY GOT IT. ALL DAY SOMEBODY DIFFERENT BEEN TELLING A DIFFERENT STORY. YALL NEED TO be ON ONE ACCORD AND STOP WITH THE LIEING. Yall NEED TO BE REPORTED AND SOMETHING NEED TO BE DONE ABOUT IT BECAUSE THIS NOT THE 1st time. Yall are lazy as HELL. HAVE THE NASTY ATTITUDE I EVER SEEN AND THINK NOBODY AINT GOIN TO GET ONE.

I had emergency surgery and I’m needing my medication quickly. They always take forever so I should’ve known better, I had a prescription put in on Friday. It is now Saturday evening and it’s still not ready due to the “system being down”. The staff are really not nice and unhelpful. Will be going elsewhere next time. If you’re needing medication quickly don’t go here.

Come in to pick up prescription that my doctor called in at 12 p.m. it is now 5:30p.m. and it is still not ready. They tell me 6 p.m. it should be ready. Show up at 6:45 p.m. and they say it should be another 30 minutes. Who needs their medicine anyway.
