Every Time I Call. They Answer Right Away..There Phone Communication Is Always Great. They Work With My Doctor When Called In..When Busy And Backed Up. The Time They Give Is Alway Shorter What They Say. I Get A Text Letting Me Knw.

Very slow at refills even when ordering via their app. It will say it will be ready after a certain time but it usually isn't. And if happened to be ready they don't take time to update the app in time for you to make plans to pick up. Might as well use a mail order service like Amazon instead.

Friendly staff, but called in meds haven’t been filled, and today they didn’t have record that i had called in prescription that i phoned in 5 days ago. Also on another occasion, prescription wasn’t ready even though I called three days earlier. Asked seven months to have my prescriptions synchronized hasn’t happened... read full comment
