The grocery store itself gets 5 stars but this pharmacy is horrid. I requested a monthly medication through my Publix pharmacy app 3 days ago. I go to pick it up \\u0026 it's not filled \\u0026 ready. I was told 'their system has been down'. I had the SAME thing happen a month ago filling the same medication. I went to pick it up \\u0026 it wasn't ready. Got the same 'their system has been down\\\" story. I will be changing pharmacy locations after today.

The rudest staff you will ever encounter. They were awful to my elderly mom on a number of occasions. I would not waste your time or spend your money at this pharmacy.

They always take FOREVER to fill prescriptions. Despite me constantly telling them I don't always have access to a vehicle... I even try to call the night before to give them a heads up and they refuse! Their lack of human compassion is nauseating!

I am changing my pharmacy back to Walgreens! The service is not friendly, the lady in there is very dry and not friendly. The text messages about your medication being ready lead you to a link with information about your order, but the name of your medication and price are not available. I asked the lady behind the counter about this and got the same dry service and response I got when I last visited.

Friendly staff, but called in meds haven’t been filled, and today they didn’t have record that i had called in prescription that i phoned in 5 days ago. Also on another occasion, prescription wasn’t ready even though I called three days earlier. Asked seven months to have my prescriptions synchronized hasn’t happened yet.

Store is nice but the pharmacy here sucks! They never answer the phone, tlake forever to refill prescriptions, and half the time their "system is down" so you cant request refills online. If my insurance paid for me to go elsewhere I would.

Once again shopping is not a pleasure at Publix. I was in the drive thru for 5 minutes pushing the call button, so I thought it was broken. I go inside the store and ask Maddie was the button working. Kevin yells out we are busy and on the phone we heard you. Excuse me! Maddie was so embarrassed she apologized to me. Pharmacist Kevin needs to work in a lab. We all have bad days, but you do not yell at customers. Kevin lacks couth and can take a lesson from Maddie on how to deal with people. Epic fail!

As a first time investor, I went into it with very little knowledge on the crazy world of Forex trading. Mrs Peggy Abbott worked extra hard to educate me and ensure I felt comfortable and confident through the entire process. When it came to Withdrawal aspect, I have to say she knew what I wanted better than I knew myself. She went the extra mile just to clear my doubts. I had put in an order for a large sub tray 2 days ago online. The order was lost but thankfully the deli employees jumped in and made all the sub sandwiches. They found the order but it had not printed. The deli staff here are always friendly and accommodating. Today they went out of their way to help and save the day for an event tonight. I so appreciate the 3 that helped me today.

This use to be my favorite place to fill prescriptions. But lately I’ve had pill shortages, refills not show up on my Rx. When you call to have them verify the correct refills they of course are always correct. Your actual hard copy of your prescription disappears and they swear the doctor is the one who called in your Rx. They will do everything but call you a liar. Not realizing you make copies of everything for your tax records. So you know for a fact that there was a hard copy dropped off and the doctor did not phone in the Rx. And you are sitting here in desperate need of your meds but it’s the weekend and you must now suffer due to their incompetence.

Pretty fast for the most part. Dropped my prescription off yesterday and was told it would be ready around 10a.m. the following day. Showed up at 10 to be told it would be ready by 11. Pulled up at 11 to be told 30 more mins. I understand a business can get busy. But so do other peoples lives. Times and appointments are important to keep.
