Poor customer service every single time I’ve tried to order anything from this store. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service and unprofessionalism at an establishment. The most recent incident entails me ordering a popcorn chicken platter. I received a call shortly after placing my order from an employee stating they wouldn’t have any chicken tomorrow to be able to fulfill my order per the deli manager “Shan”. The employee nonchalantly responded my concerns regarding ongoing issues with placing orders at this establishment. i didn’t even make a review when they ruined my child’s birthday cake order for her first birthday, which I should have called the corporate number for that incident.

We have had NUMEROUS issues with this pharmacy and it will be the last time we get our medicine there. The last time I had an issues, the lady ended up getting hateful and hung up on me, simply because I asked questions. Today my husband is on night shift and they told him his medicine would be ready at 12. He set his alarms to wake up and go pick it up! A little after 12 he called to confirm it was ready before driving across town to pick it up...she interrupted him and said It would be ready if they didn't get bombarded with phone calls. EXCUSE ME!?! WHAT!?! Absolutely NOT! I'm a firm believer in if you are gonna act like that and you can't work with the public....DONT WORK THERE!!! I spoke to the pharmacy manager (supposedly the pharmacy manager) and she stated she would look into it. But I doubt it will be handled because this is the second time we have dealt with this. ***I suggest going to a different pharmacy, I know we will be.

If you in a hurry don't use this pharmacy is slow as can be. They tell you your meds will be ready at a certain time it's will be a few days before it gets ready

The pharmacy rep was very ugly to me when I called about my prescription. My husband had went by there on his way home from work and the told him that it is back ordered. When I talked to someone yesterday she told me that it would be ready this morning. If it was on back ordered then why didn’t the girl I talk with yesterday tell me that so I could have my Doctor prescribed me something else. This medication is for anxiety and I cannot come off of it cold turkey. This rep I talked with tonight told me that I could call another pharmacy to see if they have it. She would be quiet long enough for me to say anything and I told her that her customer service skills were very poor and she said the she has excellent customer service skills. Her name is Nanisha Collier and she proceeded to tell me that I better spell it right. I have been a customer of Publix since 1985 over in Florida and also been a customer of your store since you have opened. I have never been treated so rude. Also she never told me when the next shipment is coming in. I know Publix has very high standards for customer service and I believe this girl needs more training.

I have never been to a Publix where I was not treated with utmost respect. This Publix is very customer friendly and always there to help with a smile. Prices are higher than other grocery stores but not bad to shop occasionally.

Waited over an hour to pick up prescription. There were only four cars in line. One car at the window did not move for 25 minutes!!!

I want to give this place more credit, but the few times I’ve used them they take forever to fill prescriptions. Saw my doctor Friday and here we are - Monday morning, medication is still not ready. Don’t know what that’s all about, but it’s definitely frustrating with little explanation as to the long processing time.

nice customer service. i love that they offer to help you take your bags to the car even if you don't have much as you never know what someone's ability needs are. they carry some of the brands i like for my dietary needs that i can't find elsewhere. when i've been the store isn't crowded which i appreciate as an energy sensitive shopper who gets overwhelmed in bright lights and noise. so not a bad shopping experience compared to another local location i've visited. i like that i can refill my 5 gallon water jug here.

Today the lady at the register was no help at all getting my prescription refilled. I had to leave and call my doctor, then call the pharmacy to find out why they didn't have my refill. The lady on the phone was very helpful, and found them immediately. So basically all she had to do was look, but that's too much work for some people I guess. Never had this problem before, so we'll see how it goes moving forward

Publix used to have this iced chocolate loaf cake. My baby wants it and she's sad and she's sad Publix doesn't have the chocolate iced loaf cake anymore and Publix needs to not make my baby sad and she deserves the iced chocolate loaf cake. Bring back iced chocolate loaf cake for my baby

I don’t recommend the pharmacy at Sunset Point. Although it is convenient to my home, and it’s usually great service, however, the past two times, I have gone through the drive through, the pharmacy tech Arnesha has been rude and condescending. I don’t need to met with attitude at the Publix pharmacy drive through. I don’t need to experience increased blood pressure because the service is unhelpful and degrading. I asked to speak to the pharmacist and the situation with the medication was remedied. What I don’t understand is the lack of quality of service from the pharmacy tech, Arnesha. I don’t understand why people are rude, and why the aren’t solution finding. Rather having a huge attitude and an unwillingness to help the customer. It is ridiculous to type this post. It is even more absurd that I have to leave the pharmacy without my child’s medication, and have such negative energy because Arnesha doesn’t understand kindness or a willingness to help the customer.

Great store, good location. Publix always has friendly staff, the best food and produce, & a killer bakery & deli section. Install the Publix App, clip digital coupons, I saved $47!!!

Deli worker refused to heat my cuban sandwich and wouldn't tell me why. I've been getting my cubans heated and pressed for 8 YEARS at every publix I've ever been to and have never experienced this. Will never be back.
