I got some bad news about my unit a few days ago… turns out it was a HUGE misunderstanding.. the ladies of SROA have been so amazing and gone above and beyond to help me, and to get everything fixed from previous management. They have truly been amazing!!

Do not use this storage. Gate code never work. Customer service is not helpful with codes took hours to get in touch with someone for them to say they put in a ticket and they do not know when I will be able to get in to my storage unit. Horrible service.

This facility is run down and the gate codes never work. The prices are the same as more updated and maintained properties.

The lady on the phone was extremely nice and helpful we was able to rent our storage facility with no problems until we came back to try to put stuff in our storage our gate code would not work so we had to call back and get a temporary gate code so we were able to get in other than that everything has been great so far

DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE! I had the drive up climate control unit it was broken into which looked like an inside job to me. There are no workers on site which is the first Red flag! It’s all bad! No cameras! And the one they had was covered with a sheet when I went to check on my storage unit and my belongings had been taken! Don’t do it! It’s plenty of safe and secured storage facilities in Mobile and this is NOT one of them! If I could leave 0 stars I would!

Do not use. When I went to move in they put me in a unit that was already rented so they moved me to another unit. Moved my stuff in and locked it. Came back two weeks later to a different lock on my unit with sign saying unauthorized use with my lock cut. They acted like it was nothing. I haven’t been able to see if anything is missing or an apology or to even pay for my lock but wasted more than enough time keeping me on hold. Use local storage unit companies. This company doesn’t care.

Not secure at all my unit was broken into. Thousands of dollasd list. The gate didnt work for 6 months.

This facility was broken into and nearly half the indoor climate controlled units were broken into and items stolen. Could not get in contact with local workers. Units were not fixed after alerting the workers at a call center had to call for 2 days straight before any result and wait onsite before something was done. No calls returned. BEWARE items will not be safe. The camera systems do not work and it seems anyone can get into the facility that is "Entry by code".

Our things were stolen from our inside unit. Cameras were all facing the wall when we got there. Could not get ahold of anyone local, only a call center that said they would notify the local supervisor. Latch was smashed and bent, so nothing is safe here apparently. Do not use this facility!!!

This place is nasty. The climate controlled building is at 88° year round. All of my stuff was stolen from a inside unit. BEWARE OF THIS STORGE PLACE! The people they employee helped steal my items.
