I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the entire experience was with Public Storage. The online process was smooth and straightforward. Everything ready for me when I arrived, though I was a tad confused about gaining access to the unit itself.
When I did need help, the staff were fantastic: friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful in a way that made the whole process feel effortless. The units themselves were clean, secure, and well-maintained, and the pricing was very fair.
It’s reassuring to know my belongings are stored safely and sensibly. Public Storage truly made the experience simple and stress-free.

Shauna provided excellent service during our visit. She took her time showing us around and made sure we felt completely comfortable every step of the way. Her knowledge, patience, and warm personality truly stood out. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and never made us feel rushed. It was clear that she genuinely cared about helping us find exactly what we were looking for. Shauna’s professionalism and friendliness made the entire experience enjoyable, and we truly appreciate the outstanding service she delivered.

Absolute horrible. They jacked my rent up over $40.00 a month. Tried to talk to them and got no where due to their lack of communication. Beware going here. Shop around

FYI!!!!!! GO LOOK AT THE FACILITY BEFORE YOU LEASE!!! This is by far the worst storage facility I have ever come across. Most of the storage units are damaged and have faulty locks at best or broken locks at worst like mine!
The only reason I stayed for the first month is because the first month was free, except for the fees I had to pay. Needless to say, I didn't even use the unit for the purpose I had planned. I was offered the option to move to another unit but I feel that it's piss poor business practice to rent out a unit to a customer without first inspecting the unit! To me, it shows this company is more concerned with money than building relationships with customers for the long-term.

The worst storage company ever gate code has not worked since April This is now going into the middle of May 2024 We have numerous times contacted them to get the straightened out and it does not seem to work that way so we going further with social media they're home offices in Chicago their call center is in the Caribbeans They really do not care or seem to not care when you do contact them you get the same line told to you every time They have nobody on any of the properties to assist you All they do is collect their money!
