I walked inside and deposited cash. Went out to my car and checked my app and it wasn’t showing up on my account. Walked right back in and the teller had left for lunch. I’m told she put my cash in another persons account. They tell me they can’t fix it and a higher up person has to fix it, and I have refused to leave until MY money is back in my hands. Ridiculous and careless bank! Won’t be coming back here.

The manager of this branch is excellent and helped me and my family with an issue that totally flummoxed another bank. I'd go back in a minute if I lived in Mobile.

The service was good I pulled up and asked to make a withdrawal and all I was asked for is my bank card and ID. I didn't have to fill out a slip or anything all the Regions need to be like that.

They try anyway possible to keep your money. For any reason they can place a hold on your account or even decide that your mom is someone that they don’t know and hold a payment from that person. I have $5000 in my account right now and supposedly it is closed. Worst bank ever!

Although I've really never had a bad experience at a Regions bank, this branch went the extra step and made the two of us feel extra special while were getting something notarized. They didnt have to, but they did. Customer service at this branch is WAY UP THERE in our book. The EXTRA will never be forgotten!!! #regions2021

The people here are all face. Every single time I have a problem with money it is regions fault, and they are very reluctant to fix it, or even help you. These people do not care about you or your money.

I arrived at this location yesterday a few minutes before 5 o'clock to use the ATM and while doing so the ATM took my debit card and then froze. I attempted to walk in before they closed and the doors were already locked. I then attempted to get someones attention at the door as everyone was walking around closing down told them through the door that my debit card was stuck in the machine. Brenda was very rude and told me I would have to come back on Monday. The customer service sucks and reading the other comments it shows I am not the only one who has noticed. What great customer service for a 10 year customer.

The woman at the window was extremely Sweet but they only have 2 women working the windows inside the bank at almost 4 O'clock on a Friday afternoon. There's a line going all the way to the door and they are just taking their sweet time.
