I went to drive thru. I had 5 cash deposits which were small and been there too many times. No one was behind me but the cashier refused it because she was saying I need to go inside the bank to make the deposit. She saying she cant do many deposits from drive thru.

All of the folks at the Regions Skyline branch are the best! They're always quick to help with any issues me or my family members have with our accounts or any of our banking needs. Having done business on and off with other local banks over the years, Regions has far exceeded the level of cusomer care of those banks.

I've gone there to make a deposit on two separate occasions and they've looked me up and down and treated me like I was trash trying to steal someone's money. One check literally had my fathers name on it and I have the same name as him and they were questioning me saying do I know the person whose name is on the check after I already told them he was my father. Then today I was depositing a check from my job and the atm had a line and they once again were looking me up and down and had a rude tone and were acting like I was a thief stealing trying to pass a fake check or something. I get the area is sketchy since it's on government, but they need to do better to treat people with respect and have some self-awareness of their biases.

This is the closest regions to me and most of the time when I drive here the ATM isn't working. A waste of time and gas!
