This bank closed my account because my wife opened her separate own account and did not provide her ssn or fund it (which was okay according to the bank associate she dealt with). I find out about this problem when all my auto pays gets send back because they closed my account (our joint) without even informing me. Stay away from this bank. I’m closing my two business accounts with them too. Thanks for nothing Regions

I can say of all banks I've tried; Regions has been the most loyal and most informative bank. With all my ups and downs in life i can truly say I don't have trust issues with my bank anymore and I can still spend and enjoy my money now even after my bills are paid. Very bad branch. The manager is very arrogant and does not understand how to treat customers well. He is always reluctant to solve the customers' issues in a timely manner. I have made complaints against him in the main office in Birmingham. Avoid this place at any expenses.

Manager behavior is not good.he doesn't know his job.He kept me waiting for half an hour and kept attending to those who came after me.I wanted to open an account there but I changed my mind reason is rude behavior.He is damaging the bank's business because of his behavior.

This branch is horrible. They questioned me why I was bringing in $1,500 to deposit in my account and where I get the money from. This branch is really racist and the branch manager is careless and a racist crook himself.

I left my purse at home and needed to get cash since I was over 30 minutes away and didn't have time to drive back to get it. I went to this bank and luckily I had my check book in my car but the lady in the drive thru didn't seem to really care and said you have to have a photo I.D no matter what.I shamefully did this before a few years ago and they just asked me my personal Information and made me sign a paper so that way I could get cash taken out. I told her I would go to the other regions where someone would be nice enough to help me. I went to the regions on hill crest and she was the exact opposite of the lady I talked to at this bank. I was able to get money out after telling her all of my personal info.I understand it's to be safe but when someone knows all of their information by heart and can even pull up their account on their phone and tell them how much is in their account, I feel like there needs to be exceptions. Bad customer service.

Everytime I have came here I have encountered a very very rude Teller/Clerk. I’ve never in my life experienced such terrible customer service. I love regions but just go to another location where you will be treated with respect and talked to nicely.

They refuse to break a bill unless your an account holder. Despite the fact that my boyfriend is, and I come there all the time with him. Rules are rules but it completely deters me from ever joining accounts with him.
