Very slow service ? to get your check cashed since ?s limit withdrawal amounts. Most people pay more than 500 and don't take checks.

Deposited my check Friday as cash, like I always do. Well, come to find out my check was put into somebody else's account. By time I noticed this, the bank was already closed. So I called the 1800 number and was informed that I would have to return to the bank that made the error so they could fix it. So now I have no way of paying my bills that were due, and now late. All due to THEIR negligence. I will be in there first thing Monday morning and expect some compensation for this issue. I now have three late fees from my bills due to this banks error. If they cant compensate my late fees then I will be Seeking legal help for this matter. I should not have to pay three separate companies more money ( that I do not have) because of late fees due to my bank not putting MY money in MY account.

I have never in my life been turned away from a bank when you need to make change, just trade some big bills for smaller change. Especially when you have a business account with them.

Excellent experience with Kimberly, one of the managers. Tellers also professional and friendly. This bank should be rewarded for excellent customer service.

I Rarely give a Bad review, it’s necessary this time. Regions employees, start looking for another job soon. These Neanderthals running the place, starting at the Very Top have ruined & continue to smash this Institution in the Ground. NO customer service. Scripts read. Laughable & Unbelievable. Impossible to contact using phone system. Make sure you get a local phone number if you do banking with them.

I just opened an account here today and all of the employees were very friendly and extremely helpful! Sterling helped me learn the ins and outs of my account and explained everything in a way I understood. This was my first time opening a bank account and Sterling made it a very easy and welcoming process. I look forward to doing my banking here!
